  • The initiatives of the Department of Informatics of the Unified Health System (DATASUS) are relevant to the access and retrieval of health information. In the repositories of DATASUS and the Health Care Service Producing Organisms it is not evidenced how the information is generated, received, accumulated and treated to guarantee the authenticity and preservation of the Electronic Health Records considering the guidelines about the chain of custody of these records to subsidize the generation and diffusion of health knowledge. This research aims to propose a model of digital archival repositories for the diffusion of health knowledge based on the characterization and contextualization between the authenticity of Electronic Health Records and the SUS chain of custody (i.e. hospitals, DATASUS). The research is exploratory, descriptive and explanatory in relation to the objectives and applied in nature with a quantitative and qualitative approach. In the bibliographic and documental review procedures, elements of the Systematic Review technique were used. The techniques for analyzing the information collected in this research are Descriptive Statistics and Content Analysis. The epistemic basis is the Polylogic Theory and the Complexity Theory. Prospecting the authenticity and preservation of Electronic Health Recordsand the SUS chain of custody through the Systematic Review supported the identification of custodians, systematized for the conceptual modeling of the phenomenon (i.e. archival repositories for the diffusion of health knowledge) between Health Care Service Producing Organisms and the DATASUS. Empirical research revealed that hospitals and DATASUS have a robust technological infrastructure to implement a reliable digital archival repository; participants are unaware of the criteria used in the implementation of Health Information Systems; and the software, standards, policies and models aimed at digital preservation that enable the preservation and preservation of Electronic Health Records were not identified. The results point to the absence of appropriate qualification of the professionals involved, it is recommended the execution of a multidisciplinary work to deal with organic information in health. DATASUS managers report that the initiatives are based on the Digital Health Strategy in Brazil, but it is not clear how such an initiative is being operationalized in a way that enables the authenticity and preservation of Electronic Health Records. The polylogical approach in the context of managing organic health information can contribute to the adoption and implementation of models, standards and technological innovations through methodologies that are suited to the reality of each health district; the qualification of health professionals; and, the needs of their respective communities respecting their characteristics, diversity and culture. The pondered/reflected/equated criteria and requirements for the digital archival repositories in health associated with the socioeconomic, health and cultural perspectives of the institutional agents of the SUS and the realities of the different territorialities of Brazil influence the effectiveness of any model to be proposed. It is expected that the modeled custodians assimilate subsidies for the creation of digital repositories in health and it is recommended the incorporation of archival management processes of documents articulated with those of information technology.

  • Our thesis research that was born from our insertion in the Sisal Territory, from work carried out at the University of the State of Bahia (UNEB), Campus 14, Conceição do Coité-BA. It aims to investigate the generation of experiences and knowledge that take place in the production coopera-tives “Fibras do Sisal” and “Sabores da Terra” (Papagaio community), in Valente-BA, in the Sisal Territory, in the semi-arid region of the State, from Bahia. For this, we approach the theories of Habitats (INGOLD, 2019), as well as Social Systems (LUHMANN, 2016), (MATURANA, 2014a; 2014b) from the Cognitive Network Analysis (ReCo) and Cognitive Analysis (AnCo). The research enables the develop- ment of multidisciplinary interfaces that permeate the Theories of Social Systems, Theories of Networks and Entanglements, Complexity, and the concepts of Affectivity, Agencies, Cognitive Analysis, Knowledge Diffusion, Experiences, Territory, and Cognitive Networks. Thus, we highlight the interactions and connections that form a set of knowledge within a qualitative research perspective, using the methodological procedures of participant observation, ethnography, free interviews, and document analysis. Thus, we observe that such experiences and knowledge materialize in local productions in affectivity from their own and appropriate expressive and complex elements, that is, in the process of re-elaborating reality and experiences in the Sisal Territory where different forms of life. In addition to evidencing the diffusion of the culture of knowledge, what is expected is to present a theoretical-methodological model for Cognitive Analysis (AnCo) in other territories in successive research.

  • Contextualization: The care model of the State Reference Center for Elderly Health Care (CREASI) is based on two main pillars understood by the biopsychosocial model and structuring of the elderly health care network (RASPI) of the Unified Health System (SUS) in Bahia. However, it is observed that the screening instrument used is based on frailty, not functionality, as recommended by the World Health Organization’s (WHO) biopsychosocial model. In addition, the comprehensive geriatric assessment (AGA) is very extensive, making communication between the various points of RASPI difficult. General objective: To propose the improvement of the care model of a reference center for elderly people based on the International Classification of Functioning Disability and Health (CIF). Specific objectives: To describe the development of a collaborative, multiprofessional and personcentered care model for elderly people; to link the AGA performed at CREASI with CIF; to identify the distribution of CIF domains in AGA performed at CREASI; to investigate the degree of agreement among experts regarding the importance of CIF categories in AGA. Methodology: Initially, a documentary rescue and interviews were carried out to record the participatory action research with a co-creation approach to the elderly health care model that was developed between 2013 and 2014 and implemented at CREASI in January 2015. Aiming at aligning AGA with the biopsychosocial model, the comprehensive geriatric assessment (AGA) performed at CREASI was linked to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (CIF) proposed by WHO. For this purpose, a validated checklist with 11 rules was used to link an instrument with CIF. To facilitate interaction between CREASI and other points of RASPI, ensuring focus on health problems with greater impact on functionality, avoiding rework and unnecessary costs to public health, it was proposed to use essential CIF categories to describe functionality and disability in frail elderly people. Thus, a qualitative-quantitative research was developed, with continuing education in functionality and Delphi method survey. Results and Discussion: The CREASI care model was systematized through the rescue of its creation stages and reaffirmation of its components. Functionality gained prominence through the linkage between AGA and CIF, which was performed by two independent specialists and their agreement was considered perfect for each CIF domain (k=0.91; p<0.00; agreement = 93.32%), demonstrating that CIF can have its use favored in specific contexts through linkage with forms elaborated by health services themselves. Of the 313 itens from AGA linked to CIF, 83 were considered extremely important for functional evaluation in the first round of Delphi Study and confirmed in the second round when substantial or almost perfect agreement was verified among specialists, allowing definition of 83 essential CIF categories to describe functionality in frail elderly people. Conclusion: This research improves communication between various points of RASPI by defining essential CIF categories for functional evaluation of frail elderly people, indicating main problems to be evaluated and favoring longitudinal monitoring of impacts of health professionals’ actions on elderly people’s functionality

  • The Thesis involves the community development banks that make up the Bahia Network of Community Banks as a contemporary phenomenon of the countercurrents of molecular revolutions with social technologies. The network is formed by the banks Eco Luzia, Casa do Sol, Ilhamar, Santa Luzia, Banco da Resex de Canavieiras, Abrantes Solidário, Solidário Quilombola do Iguape, Amigos do Sertão, 2 de Julho, Ouro Negro. The banks are born from the initiatives of community associations, which took place between 2005 and 2017. In the midst of the chaotic contexts of globalized capital, this research investigates the potential that banks exercise in Bahia, how their performances occur and what effective changes they make in their respective communities. The study covers data surveys carried out in qualitative and quantitative approaches. With the aim of studying this network, we ask: what transforming flows are being produced by the countercurrents articulated by community banks? Around this problem, we bring the objectives and guiding questions. General objective: To study the Bahia Network of Community Banks, as a contemporary phenomenon of countercurrents with social technologies. Specific objectives: Produce reports on the practices of community banks; analyze the performance cases of the banks Abrantes Solidário and Banco Solidário Quilombola do Iguape (BSQI); identify the social transformations in the territories where the banks are located. The study proved to be suitable for the participant research method. We added the case study method, to analyze in depth two experiences: BCD Abrantes Solidário and BCD Quilombola do Iguape. This universe is part of a complex social system, in which different protagonists in different functions are evident: banks, the network, community representative entities, credit borrowers, local merchants, credit agents, the Council for Analysis of Credit (CAC), the Technological Incubator of Solidary Economy (ITES) and the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). Contributions made by BCDs totaled R$261,725.84, for 1,169 microcredits, offered in the period selected for the research (2015 to 2018), with an average credit value of R$223.88, confirming the small volume of resources that community banks have to operate, resulting in small credits, configured as microcredits. In the search for credit, there is a predominance of women. Banks mainly serve them; the percentage is 81.3%. For men, the percentage is 18.7%. Default rates were low, demonstrating the honesty of borrowers and the solidarity of the phenomenon. The number of defaulters totaled 63 borrowers, whose percentage, based on the number of microcredits offered, was 5.3%. The default value was R$21,623.56 based on what was made available, with a percentage of 8.3%. The transforming flows produced by countercurrents articulated by community banks became evident, as the Bahia Network of Community Banks was configured as a phenomenon. Reports were produced on the practices of community banks; analyzed the performance cases of Abrantes Solidário and Banco Solidário Quilombola do Iguape (BSQI) banks; and identified as social transformations in the territories where the banks are located.

  • This research investigates the learning of philosophy in teacher education, focusing on the "knowing-how" of the formational device called the Philosophical Workshop. Considering the lack of studies that focus on learning, rather than just teaching, philosophy in teacher education, this research seeks to problematize issues related to the role of the subject in their philosophical learning in university teaching and the dissemination of this knowledge to the wider community. The overall objective is to construct a formational device for the development of philosophical learning and highlight its implication in the process of teacher education. To
understand the interference of pedagogical and philosophical aspects, as well as mediations in education, the research adopts a qualitative approach inspired by phenomenology, employing experimental workshops, participant observation, field notes, and semi-structured interviews. The central question is: "How does the Philosophical Workshop mobilize the agency of teacher education students in relation to philosophical learning and what is its implication for their education?" The empirical sample consisted of six students from different teacher education programs at a public university in the state of Bahia, Brazil, who played the role of authors in their learning processes and shared their experiences as participants in the Philosophical Workshop through semi-structured interviews. The analyses were based on an analytical framework consisting of three fields: ontological, epistemic, and ethical-aesthetic. The epistemic foundation is the Polylogical Theory, which operates within the scope of Cognitive Analysis (AnCo). Cognitive Analysis, in its approach to knowledge, involves developing an ecologized thinking consciousness capable of reconnecting the dimensions of life, human
dimensions, and dimensions of various knowledge in the process of understanding and generating knowledge. Polylogical Theory emphasizes different modulations of human experience in four modes of creation: art, science, philosophy, and mysticism. The results highlight the creation of the concept of polylogical craftsmanship as an intersection established by each student's understanding and articulation of lived knowledge with the subjective agency of learning radical ontological difference within ecoformative dynamics, mobilized for the process of philosophical learning. The implications of the Philosophical Workshop device are
emphasized in the realization of a cognitive design that breaks away from the transmissibility of contents from the history of human thought as a cognitive prescription of concepts, opening up possibilities for formation in the mode of relationship established by the participants, in self-learning, with philosophical questions in managing one's own life, in the adventure of becoming autonomous and inventive subjects. Finally, the thesis advocates for the development of a philosophical learning committed to the process of decolonizing bodies and the spaces they occupy, questioning the "place" of those who learn philosophy in university education, enabling the search for meaning about oneself through a self-opening in relation to the world, with different contexts and realities that involve human development and ontologically constitute it. The Philosophical Workshop device is configured as a pedagogical device and a methodological modeling that mediates philosophical learning in teacher education without establishing itself as a pre-formed action of mechanical and uncritical application, validating education as an enhancer of formational movements and as a becoming created-creator, in which individuals become central characters in philosophical learning.

  • This work aims to analyze the effects of knowledge management through the use of the Public System of Digital Bookkeeping (SPED), as a tool that promotes transparency and changes in the behavior of tax collection. The research carried out in this study is classified, in terms of objectives, as exploratory and descriptive, with explanatory contours, it has a quantiquali approach, in terms of exposing the object, it is of a theoretical-empirical nature. Its construction was based on bibliographical and documentary research, using the relevant legal apparatus and current and field legislation, through the application of research instruments through structured interviews. The results obtained in the investigation were based on rescuing the history and scientific contributions of relevant pillars of knowledge construction. The historical

investigation of accounting and tax bookkeeping since when man began to count in a rustic way until the present day, with digital electronic bookkeeping, culminating in two case studies (Municipality of Salvador and State of Bahia) demonstrating divergent effects on the tax collection, considering that the first did not use SPED, while the second, for adopting it, experienced a substantial increase in its collection and promoted greater transparency in the companies of its jurisdiction. It was also verified the effects of SPED as a useful tool for tax management and the legal relationship between business organizations and the tax authorities. In conclusion, it was possible to prove that the management and dissemination of knowledge, both in companies and in taxing entities, used properly, through the regular use of information technologies

and innovation, promote competitive advantage and leverage of enterprises.

  • Since the end of the 20th century, the term entrepreneurship has become popular as an alternative for economic growth, fostering the growth of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in the world. Due to the nature of an ecosystem, it is believed to be of fundamental importance to understand and assess its complexity, including with regard to its governance, since the relationship between these actors is dynamic and intrinsic characteristics of the ecosystem must also be considered. place that houses the regional innovation system, which, in the case of this research, constitutes the city of Salvador/Ba. The guiding question of this research then arises: How does the Entrepreneurial Innovation Ecosystem of the city of Salvador work and its local contribution from the relationships between its actors? In this sense, the present research was carried out in a case format of a bibliographical and documentary nature with a procedural methodology, with the general objective of analyzing how the relationships of the actors of the Entrepreneurial Innovation Ecosystem of Salvador take place and how these solidify the ecosystem and contribute to the development of the municipality. Specifically, we sought to raise the actors discussed in the literature who interact in an Entrepreneurial Innovation Ecosystem for the construction of a conceptual basis, map the actors present in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem of the city of Salvador/Ba, analyze how the actors of the Ecosystem of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the city of Salvador/Ba are connected and the role of each one of them, from a network approach, to analyze how the diffusion of knowledge from the entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem and its actors influence development socioeconomic status of the city of Salvador. The research is justified by the need to disseminate knowledge about the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ecosystem of Salvador through a database that allows providing information about which interconnections contribute to the development of an ecosystem and to its possible long-term sustainability. The study made it possible to identify a variety of dynamic spaces that foster the Ecosystem, to identify the dissemination of knowledge as an important dimension for the development of the concept of an ecosystem of entrepreneurship and innovation among its actors, as disseminating knowledge is a process that reflects an intention to bring to surface individual experiences converting them into collective and organizational knowledge and generate knowledge about that ecosystem to serve as a reference for other locations, with characteristics close to the city of Salvador to enhance entrepreneurial activities that allow local economic development through an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

  • The implementation of the Open Data Policy and Plan of the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP), ratified by ordinance No. 380 on June 15, 2020, is founded on principles of increasing the availability of information about governmental activities and disseminating datasets related to Brazilian education to the public. In this context, this study aims to develop the Similarity Network Model (SNM) to represent the connections, and potential connections, among schools in the micro-region of Salvador (Bahia). The goal is to identify schools with similar characteristics to enable collaboration and knowledge sharing among them, aiming for joint problem-solving. The SNM was developed based on data collected in the School Censuses from 2019 to 2021 and the results of the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) from 2019 to 2021, collected by the Brazilian Basic Education Assessment System (SAEB), which is linked to the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP). In this way, a knowledge model based on FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) was developed for the application of datasets disseminated by the SAEB system. The research, of an exploratory nature, combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, adopting documentary research and Social Network Analysis (SNA) as methodologies to represent and establish connections between similar schools. The research results are presented through the development of the "School Similar" framework, used for network processing, and the Open Government Data Laboratory for Education (LABDAGE) platform for sharing and visualization of information by the community. The identification of school profiles is presented to enable their replication in other Brazilian micro-regions. In conclusion, the study points to the optimization of data disseminated by SAEB, either for its use in scientific research or to support evidence-based policy actions. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of developing models that allow researchers, public managers, and the community to recognize, access, use, and reuse information for the development of actions within public education networks.

  • This thesis aims to think of Ifá as a philosophical system, as one that maintains, preserves and creates a set of knowledge and practices of the Yoruba people, which contributes to maintaining balance, fundamental for the well-being of people of African origin. Ifá deals with the great philosophical themes: life, death, origin, destiny, power, justice, evil, existence (Iwá), based on the same narrative structure - the sacred corpus of Ifá, preserved in oral tradition of the Yorubans, and today written in different documents produced by scholars in the area. It is a philosophical system taken as a body of ancestral wisdom, a cognitive paradigm prior to classical Greco-Roman antiquity, which brings together and organizes traditional Yoruba knowledge, resignified and reified in the African Diaspora, where it promotes a vision of existence that breaks with the “universality scientific” of Western civilization and creates diverse new ways to combat Racism and the epistemic, memorial, symbolic and physical genocide of black people outside Africa and, mainly, in the Americas. The readings, consultations, dialogues, analyzes and interpretations of your Literary Corpus must contribute to our better training in the face of the daily challenges of Racism. The philosophy of Ifá is the production of meaning for our lives, it is the daily restoration of our balance and preservation, of our vital strength/energy, of our Axé through the (re)infusion/(re)construction/(re)expansion of Iwá Pelé within our communities. Philosophy for us is thinking and feeling about living, the one that is intertwined with our ancestry, the one that is all the time all the time; living that trusts in the knowledge of Orunmilá and never dishonors the instructions of Ifá. It is a philosophy that is intrinsically woven by Yoruba cosmogony, by our Afro-Amerindian ancestral knowledge, by our daily reflections in the terreiro where what seems simple is of unique sophistication in the lived experience of ancient learning. Various methodologies and plural methods were used in the multi-referential, polysemic, and polylogical theoretical dialogue, with the basic and founding reference of African Philosophy, including a vast intellectuality that carries out its research based on African studies, where new ways of articulating knowledge are proposed. and produce positive and affirming changes in everyday life.

  • This thesis results from a study on the socio-educational system, imposed on young offenders by the State, through Cognitive Analysis and the modeling proposal called Dramatics in a polylogical process of research with socio-educators and socio-educated people inside the prison during the sentence. under a resocialization regime. The purpose was to analyze the process of knowledge dissemination, taking as a reference the dynamics established in everyday life and interactions between these groups, identifying the dialogical models that passed over dichotomies between ethical bases and relationships of perverse distortions. The complexities that constitute cognitive analyses, identifications of perverse distortions and the presentation and implementation of Dramatic, Polylogical and Multi-referential modeling of Knowledge Diffusion constitute the great challenge of this study. Current resocialization models present high levels of complexity for those who operate under them, as well as those who suffer their impacts, in such a way that there is an urgent need to reevaluate these models, qualify the professionals who use them, in addition to meticulous preparation , individualized and humanized of the individuals who will compulsorily co-participate in it. In this way, the analysis and proposition of models that effectively approach cognitive development propositions based on collaborative education constitute unique references that contributed to the analysis developed here. Qualitative research was used as a methodological reference in a DramEthics modeling based on the principles of Cognitive Analysis considering its Polylogical and Multireferenced bias in the arts, dialogicity and semiotics. The results reveal significant discrepancies between the strategies and actions of the State, which should literally refer to Law 12,594 that establishes and advocates the National Educational Socio System, and the cognitive impacts inflicted on young people despite the resocialization model in a way that was possible consider such a model as illegal and abusive.

  • This thesis, entitled "FROM 'EARNING A LIVING' TO 'EMANCIPATORY ACTION' BY RURAL WOMEN: Knowledge Production and Dissemination in Associative Practices," examines the role of knowledge production and dissemination in associative practices, focusing on rural women in the Old Chico Territory, Bahia, in the context of Associativism and Solidarity Economy. This study takes as its object the process of individual and collective empowerment of these women and their relationship with knowledge production and dissemination, seeking to understand how knowledge production and dissemination in associative practices have contributed to the empowerment of rural women in the Old Chico Territory. Thus, the research is motivated by the need to understand how individual experiences contribute to associative practices, how the process of knowledge production and dissemination occurs in associations, and how this knowledge production affects the empowerment of rural women. Furthermore, the study provides a theoretical basis that explores Solidarity Economy, Rural Associativism, and the process of individual and collective empowerment. Given the uniqueness of the phenomenon and the significant contribution of its analysis to the expansion of knowledge, qualitative research was chosen, using the single-case study method, characterized by exploratory and descriptive research. As for the procedures, bibliographic, documentary, electronic, and field research were used, associated with data collection instruments, with data collection instruments including field research, document analysis, the application of questionnaires and interviews, with the analysis of the results obtained carried out using Bardin's (2001), content analysis method and the use of the IRAMUTEQ software. Thus, with the research results, it is concluded that knowledge plays a fundamental role in the associative practices of Solidarity Economy, contributing to the empowerment of rural women. This study contributes to filling a gap in the literature and provides valuable insight into the relationship between knowledge production and dissemination and the empowerment of rural women in associative contexts. Knowledge emerges as a strategic resource and a crucial tool for sustainability and social inclusion in associative organizations.

  • Faced with the scenario experienced with constant changes in various terminologies that define multiple needs for actions, university managers are faced with complex processes that require a greater dissemination of knowledge to strategically achieve their objectives. In this way, the present thesis aims in a general way to develop a university management model in a systemic and strategic way to favor the monitoring of ENADE. The specific part consists of identifying and internally developing methodologies and best practices for the management of evaluation processes; develop strategies for the implementation of an integrated management system using the SWOT analysis matrix and apply the integrated management system in the monitoring and evaluation of actions for ENADE mediated by an Integrated Management Diffuser. Interacting with knowledge and the diffusion of knowledge, with the mission of culminating in a proposal for the creation of an Integrated Management Diffuser (DIG), aiming to add value to the educational organization through strategic entrepreneurship in the analysis of scenarios permeated by critical variables for the strengthening of the management of the Course Coordinators of the Academic Unit of Distance Education (UNEAD), applied to the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE), and this, in turn, is responsible for 70% of the composition of the Preliminary Course Concept (CPC) that ranks the higher education institution in the highly competitive scenario and will be responsible for maintaining the accreditation status as a university. The categories of analysis were: ENADE, Process Management, Knowledge Diffusion, SWOT Analysis and Delphi Method. The research made it possible to guarantee the institutional objectives of attending the exam, presenting concepts, theories and practices inherent to the evaluation process. Exploration of the Material, the visits to seventeen HEIs spread across nine states of the national territory was the longest phase and involved all the analysis and treatment of the results and interpretations. We opted for a methodological approach through the hypothetical-deductive method of qualitative descriptive nature, through the development of four stages using the Integrated Management Diffuser (DIG) and with a data analysis involving three stages, namely: pre-analysis; exploration of the material and treatment of the results, inference and interpretations. The results presented proved the efficiency of scenario analysis for decision making with the aid of an integrated management diffuser as well as emerges with a valuable contribution, offering a possible dynamic and comprehensive tool to simulate scenarios.

  • This thesis intends to present the University for All Program – UPT as proof of an affirmative policy of reparation, in an experience of inclusion for training at a university, aimed at groups that have been historically segregated and supported by the concept of equity described in the 1988 Constitution. The UPT is shown from a perspective of inclusion and reparation and, to understand this statement, we intend to investigate the cognitive, multi-referential and polylogical learning experience of students at the centers of Terreiros Ilê Axé Opô Afonjá and Templo e Escola Umbandista Mata Virgem, based on an argumentative construction on the inclusive perspective looking at affirmative policies and also on the discriminatory repair of the Terreiros space, including in education, in the Northeast Region, encouraged by the UPT, considering the low Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) in that region. In this trajectory, identifying the elements involved in assimilation, transversality, intersectionality, (in)formation and diffusion of knowledge, as a public good, in the mobilization and social change of those involved.

  • Based on the assumption that curatorship can be experienced as procedural poetics, Curanderia Artística (a play of words that relates curatorship to shamanic healing) names a contemporary curatorial poetics in its inseparable relationship with ancestry, here examined in its eminently creative dimension. It is a study on the nature of creativity manifested in a trajectory in action, constructed on the move, with creative insurgence and enchantment, founded on the consecration of encounters with artists, colleagues, professors, collectives, social movements, etc. In times of social isolation imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, many of the encounters are consecrated here with a re-creative memory whose healing ethics/aesthetics was constructed in a time that dances. At the beat of songs of a performative exile from Brazil lived in Chiapas, Mexico, during the Bolsonaro administration, the journey narrated here traverses the autonomous and rebellious territories that the Zapatista movement has been building since the armed uprising in 1994. Implicated in a path of Zapatista transformation, the author of this dissertation defines herself as an insurgent scholar involved in a decolonizing academic insurgency, who, in an attempt to reenchant the academic experience, performatively renounces to the title of doctor, preferring instead that of “artistic healer.” Remnants of an academic/professional trajectory become traces of a wandering journey that, in an effort to construct a form of contemporary oneirism, resorts to poetic delirium in tempestuous times. The term “tempest” derives from the analyses and diagnoses of the Zapatista movement, which asserts that we are before an eminent collapse of the capitalist system, embodied in colonial and patriarchal epistemological edifices. Tempestuous times resonates here with “traumatic times,” based on a reinterpretation of the psychoanalytical theory of trauma, whose paradox we explore. Since traumatic experiences cannot be narrated (since the rupture of the symbolic exposes the real as unrepresentable), resorting to creativity is both insurgent and necessary in order to bear witness to the malaise of our times and to cure it. Resorting to creative ecstasy and performative trance, in the vitality of its expression in the form of a possessed body, the strong experience narrated here traverses heterogeneous dimensions of the human experience, wavering between the fields of the sacred, the erotic, and the poetic. The French philosophers Georges Bataille and Henri Bergson, anthropophagically devoured, are important allies, but it is Dante Galeffi’s philosophy of the “proper and appropriate” which consubstantiates the creative guerrilla proposed here.

  • This study seeks to present and analyze youth perceptions about fake news in their processes of political formation and participation. Without prejudice to quantitative data, the research has a qualitative and exploratory approach, based on a systematic literature review and field research, with “youth, fake news, political formation and political participation” as basic analytical categories. Regarding the development of the research in its empirical aspects, this took place in two stages that dialogue with each other: the first occurred with the application of a mixed online questionnaire in order to know the socioeconomic profile of the participants and get closer to their places of speech, whose questionnaire used the Likert scale. In the second stage, audio-recorded semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participants through the virtual platform Google Meet. The research participants are young people aged between 18 and 29 years, whose delimitation of the number of participants took place through the sampling process by theoretical saturation and the first approximations with them through the data collection method: Bola de Neve Virtual. With regard to data processing, the research used content analysis based on the assumptions of Bardin (2016), assuming that content analysis provides the analyst with a methodological path to further deepen the process of reading, interpretation and inferences. Epistemologically, the research is woven in a culturalhistorical perspective, in which youth is understood as a plural and historical category; fake news as false narratives that pretend to be real and manipulate reality; and politics, from the perspective of training and participation, is understood as a field of struggles, power relations, disputes and conflicts. In the investigative construction of this thesis, the term politics is used without labeling the discourse in left or right party political categories. In this sense, leaning on theoretical and empirical ideas and assumptions, the path to youth perceptions of fake news in their political training and participation processes is characterized by the discussion of issues that intersect the encounter between the youth theme, fake news, political formation and political participation, taking into account the possible influence that fake news can exert as elements that transit in the fields of political socialization and youth sociability. As a whole, the research results indicate the inexistence of publications that articulate youth, political formation, political participation and fake news. They point to the fact that youth identities and life projects have been reconfigured by societal processes and technicalities that produce other spaces for youth sociabilities and collective practices. It is noticed that youth political participation practices vary in their spatiality and temporality, from everyday politics to institutionalized politics. It is evident that young people's views on politics continue to be impacted by the existing political culture, mainly because of their references to institutionalized politics. On the one hand, there is disbelief of young people with the traditional format of doing politics in Brazil and, on the other hand, there is hope of young people in new forms of political participation. Thus, the debate on youth political training represents the expression of new social paradigms in the face of the working structure of the production and dissemination of fake news, since the processes of youth political training and participation have taken place in a terrain where the culture of disinformation it is a great threat to the oxygenation of democracy. The data show that young people, taking into account the presidential elections in Brazil in 2018 and the positions taken by President Jair Bolsonaro during the Covid-19 pandemic, believe that fake news has a worrying role in the decisionmaking and political choices of youth, which can influence everyday political practices.

  • Scientific cooperation is important for expanding operational capacity and optimizing the use of resources, improving the analytical capacity of research projects and recognizing researchers in their field. A Social Network Analysis - SNA approach An approach has a striking characteristic, which is the change of focus of individuals to analyze the relationship between them, moving the object of analysis from the individual element to the structure, with bibliographic production as a source for evaluating the relationships, building strategies and analyzing the social behavior based on co-authorship in scientific documents. In this thesis, a scientific model of knowledge discovery and representation in the domain of Professional and Technological Education has been developed and a conceptual/operational framework has been constructed and registered in INPI (under the title: “ETCAP – Extraction, Treatment, Load, Analysis and Publication”), from the scientific modeling of scientific colaborational networks, materialized in a computational solution with a friendly access and hipermodal contextualized visualization,  in which the interactivity and the augmented reality allow to know the dynamics and evolution of the social network, the main knowledge agents, giving new meaning to the experience of consulting information, democratizing access to knowledge, which was validated by a case study in the domain of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Sergipe. Through this model, it was possible to analyze and study the cooperation network considered, as well as to understand how the scientific production and cooperation are related in the domain of the professional and technological education.

  • Analytically observing the surveillance processes that mark the contemporary security society, this research maps and analyzes video surveillance practices and their interface with the contemporary city, based on empirical elements of the model implemented at the Federal University of Bahia. To support the analysis of the empirical object, we start from the Foucauldian concept of “Security Device” and articulate it with studies by more contemporary theorists who realized the need to develop more up-to-date and specific diagnoses about the overlaps between surveillance and security. From the empirical point of view, the research is operationalized focusing on a glocal relationship, that is, articulating the empirical findings related to the UFBA campus and confronting them with video surveillance practices arising from other metropolitan realities. In this movement, we return to Michel Foucault's concept of device to bring to light the way in which the surveillance camera system operates, highlighting the discourses, contracts, technological applications, the "individuals" who operate surveillance and the effects related to the surveillance implanted system.

  • The fair and the public market are traditionally recognized as places where food is sold and bought, characterized as spaces of intense circulation of people and goods. The issue of public markets takes us back to social, economic, geographic and historical aspects, as they are places where people meet and socialize. Understanding the process of change and the impact of that transformation involves knowing the history of the market, the marketers, the clientele, its relationships with the market, and the market's communication with its audience. The research has as general objective to understand the effects of the change in the physical structure of the Rio Vermelho Market (CEASINHA) after its renovation and reconstruction based on the perception of customers and merchants. The market shift to another model apparently produced some effects other than those expected. In this sense, we bring the question: How to preserve the identity of public spaces that suffer structural interventions? Why this change did not meet what was expected by traders? One of the hypotheses is that the physical and structural changes provoked changes in the meanings in the relationships between the traders themselves and in the commercialization process with their customers. The theoretical framework is based on the theorists: Jürgen Habermas, with the historical evolution of Public Space and Edgar Morin, in the perspective of complexity. The contemporary scenario of Capitalism and Globalization is based on Milton Santos and the consumer society, by Jean Baudrillard. As for the methodological approach, this is a quantitative and qualitative research with content analysis of the answers to open questions. In addition to participant observation, questionnaires and interviews are being carried out with the permission holders of the boxes and regular customers. This investigation was approved by the ethics committee of the Centro Universitário Estácio da Bahia. Results indicate social segregation between old and new permit holders, between the market and the surrounding public. Improvements in property security and in the hygienic and sanitary aspects of the market were observed. There is a process of struggle on the part of the old permissionaires for the preservation of the identity of the popular market. There is evidence of loyalty from the old clientele, however there are complaints from traders of partial loss of this clientele during the renovation process, without a desired increase in demand. The new construction communicates economic changes and promotes a process of elitization of public space. The new services and products cater to a clientele with higher family incomes. The public with lower purchasing power does not feel comfortable in the new environment.

  • This theis presents the guiding elements of a field research with Basic Education educators working in high school at a state school located in the city of Eunápolis, Bahia, Brazil. The general objective of this study was to develop an active methodology for learning in a multidisciplinary context based on the application of a strategic action plan (PAE). To implement this plan, we created a virtual classroom on google classroom where we post informative materials and research instruments. During this research process, the need to align educational practice with social practices of online learning through authorial pedagogical practices became evident. A new methodology focused on active learning in a personalized environment, with a maximum degree of digital immersion, connectivity, interactivity and collaboration will help to break with repetitive and non-authorial pedagogical practices. This hypothesis concatenates three fundamental aspects: the development of an active learning methodology, its application in multidisciplinary contexts and the use of digital technologies in the elaboration of active methodological strategies for teaching and learning. Based on the research experience lived in the Masters in Youth and Adult Education (EJA), whose dissertation theme was: "Didactic Design on the Web: collaborative authorship of the teacher in the context of EJA", we chose to carry out an action research having as a central strategy the application of a didactic and pedagogical action plan with permanent planning, execution and evaluation. The action plan is structuring the methodology that we call Learning Based on Active Methodological Strategies (ABEMA). ABEMA's key point is the development and application of Active Methodological Strategies (AME) for teaching and learning. We provide a inchmeal guide for the ABEMA application at (https://sites.google.com/view/gil2/abema). In this environment we find informative materials and hyperlinks to access a wide range of digital resources and the new active methodological strategies that will be developed from now on, based on the use of ABEMA in didactic activities.

  • This thesis deals with the importance of the information management process in Esporte Clube Bahia (ECB). From a theoretical discussion on the concepts of organizational learning and knowledge management, this work discusses how professional sports spaces, such as the ECB, can be impacted by this knowledge process. The research carried out was quantitative-qualitative and exploratory, having as a case study the Esporte Clube Bahia, an institution that started its administrative professionalization process in 2013. For this, the work deepened a historical research, mainly in the years 2014 to 2020, a time identified in this thesis as the rupture in the administration and the beginning of a democratic era. This thesis analyzes three administrations: the management of Fernando Schmidt (2013-2014); the Marcelo Sant’Ana management (2015-2017) and the Guilherme Bellintani management (2018-2020). Then, to analyze the financial results, which occurred from the rupture of management, the thesis focuses on the information and economic memories of the club. The last part of the thesis analyzes how the socialization and knowledge management of Esporte Clube Bahia took place, from 2014 to 2020. This analysis is made in the light of organizational learning theories, knowledge management concepts and the CommonKADS method, which is proposed as a knowledge management tool for the ECB. It is concluded that it is possible to analyze knowledge management in the application of structures with notable differences and specificities such as those presented by a professional football club, which gives a universal character to the use of the theoretical framework on knowledge. As a final reflection, it is expected that this work can provoke developments in new research propositions in the area of sport management.

This research aims to understand how the learning subjects of this investigation develop an art/educational proposal (visual arts) from the perspective of complexity, in the act of learning to see the power of the image in the creative collective, under the aegis of poly-perspectival looks, from the creation, construction and dissemination of the culture of (imagetic) knowledge and know-how. The work is justified by the need to model/shape a teaching/learning proposal in art/education (visual arts) that welcomes the complexity and diversity of reality, giving the research subjects the opportunity to 'create together with' a more interactive, participatory, collaborative and inclusive approach, consistent with the transformations of the contemporary context of the telematic and image era and learn to deal with the image regimes and their oppressive, dehumanizing, invisibilizing political gears that impede the development of their potentialities. As the main problem of the research, we observed in the midst of a multifaceted polycrisis, the absence of an art/educational proposal (visual arts) based on the context of complexity theory, in a collective, poly-logical and transdisciplinary perspective, which in fact, would problematize the creation, construction, dissemination and culture of imagetic knowledge to contest the imagetic regimes, promoters of the distortion and manipulation of information, fragmentation and emptying of knowledge and the deprivation and denial of knowledge. In the methodological field, the research of quali/quantitative approach, is of a poly-logical nature; it has as its epistemic basis, the complexity theory and as methodological basis to account for the dynamism of the theme, the bricolage, including bibliographic, systemic, participatory and collaborative (co-creative) research. The results show that the act of learning to see the power of the image in the creative collective, under the aegis of poly-perspectival gazes is a complex self-(eco)-organized system because it is open, dynamic, flexible, non-linear, emergent, interactive, participatory and collaborative. However, it can be concluded that this art/educational system (visual arts) is liberating, emancipating and transforming because it gives the opportunity to the learning subjects to contest the oppressions and the tyranny of the imagetic regimes, in the search for the understanding of how we can feel, embody and think the power of the image in the collective experience, from the pluralization of the vision and the looks, promoter of the respect to the diversity, inclusion and personal, local and global socio-cultural and environmental transformation. In the first part of the thesis, we present the Complexus of the Thesis Warps, with the first chapter, called 'Introductory Complexus', specifying the framework of information that organizes and structures the research. The second part, where the Complexus of the Weavings of the Thesis begins, presents the 2nd Chapter, entitled 'Theoretical Complexus', containing the concepts, expressions and theories that underpin the systematic bibliographic analysis of the research/thesis; The 3rd chapter, entitled 'Participatory Complexus', analyses the context of participatory experiences (participatory research and/or participatory investigation), from the praxis of art/educational approaches (visual arts) in the act of learning to see the power of the image, by means of creative collectives under the aegis of polyperspective looks; the 4th chapter, named 'Self-Organized Complexus', seeks to identify the complexity of the act of learning to see (catch the vision) of the image's potency through the creative collective, under the aegis of polyperspective gazes, in the way the learning subjects create, build and spread imagetic knowledge and know-how, as a complex system related to self-organization and the 5th chapter, named 'Collaborative Complexus', aims to present the collaborative modelling of the idea of a liberating, emancipating and transformative art/educational praxis (visual arts), from the experiences with the act of learning to see (catch the vision) of the image's potency through the creative collective, under the aegis of the polyperspectivated looks. The third part, the Complexus of Finishing the Thesis, presents the 'Concluding Complexus', from the survey of the main conclusions in the chapters of the thesis, and the final considerations, here called 'inconclusive considerations', which happens in this perspective because of the flows, openings and modeling that the complexity theory provided for this investigation, as well as the references used, appendices and annexes of the research/thesis.

  • In this research, entitled Diffusion of knowledge on the organization of schooling in cycles in the early years of elementary school: performance of the pedagogical coordinator, we start from the assumption that the pedagogical coordinator is a subject of mediation in the diffusion of knowledge structuring the performance of the cycle policy. In this way, we aim to understand the role of the pedagogical coordinator in the dissemination of knowledge that underlies the organization of schooling in cycles in the early years of elementary school in the municipal education network of the municipality of São Sebastião do Passé- BA. The central research question sought to answer: how does the pedagogical coordinator act in the dissemination of knowledge that underlies the organization of schooling in cycles in the early years of elementary school in the municipal education network of São Sebastião do Passé - BA? In order to answer this question, we carried out a quantitative-qualitative research, covering the period from 2011 to 2019, having the historical-cultural approach as an epistemological basis. As for the procedures, we used the case study, which enabled an analysis of the context and processes involved in the object under study, as well as bibliographic, electronic, documentary and field research. The research subjects were pedagogical coordinators, school managers and teachers who work in the literacy cycle of the municipal education network in the municipality of São Sebastião do Passé-BA. Regarding the techniques for data collection, we used semi-structured interviews, document analysis and the questionnaire, designed in line with the research objectives and, as a support foundation for data processing, content analysis was used, with emphasis on studies by Bardin (2011). Thus, the results of the investigation showed, although difficulties were identified in the exercise of the attributions of the pedagogical coordinator, that this professional acts as a mediator of the dissemination and construction of knowledge that underlies the organization of schooling in cycles, through the valorization of the knowledge of the subjects that produce the daily life of the school, the articulation of collaborative work, the holding of meetings with families, teacher training, continuous dialogues with members of the school community, using different procedures such as the study session, the conversation circle, the feedback of the pedagogical accompaniments carried out within the classroom, the incentive to share experiences, attentive listening, configuring the interactions in physical and virtual “ba” spaces.

  • Healthy eating is a complex multidimensional phenomenon. This thesis proposes to understand the concept of healthy eating disseminated in social media. It is considered that this concept influences the perception of people who access these repositories of information about healthy eating. The posted content tagged with the hashtag #healthyfood reflects the collective discourse of social media users on the theme of healthy eating. To model the concept of healthy eating in this discourse, the Model for Understanding Shared Concepts (MC3) was developed. Its theoretical-epistemological-methodological framework is Cognitive Analysis, supported by the pillars of complexity, multi referentiality, and interdisciplinarity. The MC3 is divided into three modules: 1) Data Collection and Treatment; 2) Modeling the Weekly Collective Discourses in Semantic Networks; and 3) Concept Composition. In Module 3, the concept under investigation is modeled in six Levels, which bricolage the methods of semantic network analysis and content analysis. At Level 1 the weekly collective discourses were analyzed in speech sizes and vocabulary sizes, and it was observed that Instagram is the social media in which the subject of healthy eating is most talked about and has the most vocabulary on this topic, compared to Twitter and Facebook. At Level 2, according to the topological analysis of the networks, it was observed that all networks of clicks of hashtags are close to the small world phenomenon. And on Instagram, the collective discourse of utterances has few very connected vertices, a characteristic of scalefree networks. In the third Level the main terms that make up the discourse were identified, which were distributed in 20 prominent themes in the collective discourse on healthy eating: Agriculture, Food, Food-Food and Cooking, Eating, Knowledge, Body, Diet, Diet, Diseases, Weight Loss, Fitness, Mind, Motivation, Body Movements, Nutrition-Nutrients, Pandemic, Health and Wellness, Social, Environmental Sustainability, Vegetarianism and Life. At Level 4 we identified the context units that consist of clippings from the networks of utterances and networks of hashtags that represent important excerpts of the weekly collective discourses on healthy eating analyzed at Level 5 in relation to their content. At this level five meanings of healthy eating were observed, they make up the concept of healthy eating disseminated on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter from April 2020 to April 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. On this plane of immanence, the concept of healthy eating modeled on Level 6 is to exclude high-carbohydrate foods-foods and eat more protein foods, which added to other symbolic tools of the fitness universe leads to a so-called ideal, lean, toned body. Other less prominent meanings are: to exclude foods-foods of animal origin so as not to cause them suffering; to eat foods with a high content of vitamins and minerals to strengthen the immune system to prevent and combat coronavirus. Healthy eating is environmentally sustainable eating. And it is also defined by #tips that are followed only without stimulating the development of critical thinking about what is or is not healthy eating, considering its complexity.

  • The object of this research is the ecology of university extension. It starts from the constitutional principle that guides the functions of the university: the inseparability between teaching, research and extension. It brings the idea of cognitive ecology to conceive the extension as a formative principle that enables interactions between subjects, between institutional mechanisms that direct the actions in the field of university and school and between the functions of the university. Considering the articulation between extension and public policies, and considering that these are very broad, we have defined as central scope the action with the public education system. We start from the hypothesis that inter-institutional actions that are built from a dialogic-collaborative movement between university and school potentialize university extension actions with teaching and research and enable a humanistic theoretical and practical training, which, consequently, expands the reference universe of the students involved. The research is based on the assumption that, with the articulation of institutional policies, it is possible to overcome the eventual and assistential character of the extension actions. With this, a collaborative movement is possible and, thus, pedagogical, social, ethical and environmental issues become part of the entire educational process. In this format, it is possible to extrapolate the theory-practice duality and break the disciplinary patterns of the actions. The question this research seeks to answer is: how can a dialogical-collaborative encounter between the university and the public school be possible through the extension program that makes it possible to expand the potentiality of the actions and the reference universe of the students involved? To find answers, it was defined as a general objective to build a cognitive ecology of extension, from a dialogical-collaborative encounter with the public school by carrying out three studies, two theoretical and one empirical. The first is a bibliographical research that reveals the production of knowledge on
the theme, present in theses, dissertations and scientific articles. The second is a documentary research on the principles of extension in teacher education policies, articulating the axes that guide the initial and continuing education to the guidelines of university extension. The third, of an empirical nature, takes place on the school ground, carried out in a dialogic-collaborative perspective, with the objective of identifying the impact of the actions on the formation of the students involved. In this construction, the theoretical perspective of the epistemology of encounter, supported by Paulo Freire and Boaventura de Sousa Santos, is used. Considering the idea of a fabric, in which the threads and ends are heterogeneous, but should be seen as interconnected, we used as methodological approach the multi-referentiality, by recognizing that, in order to grasp the object, it is necessary to have a plural reading, with different angles of analysis. This movement makes it possible to assume the multipaper format. The three studies dialogue with the line of research to which this work is linked - Knowledge Diffusion, Systematization, and Knowledge Representation - and with the categories of encounter and collaboration. They are woven in an interweaving of threads and stitches and shape the fourth chapter of the research, in which a modeling will be presented in a dialogic-collaborative encounter for extension actions in the context of science and mathematics teacher training.

  • The exploratory and descriptive research, of quali-quantitative approach, aims to identify strategies that favor the transfer, to the industry, of technologies for microbial enhanced oil recovery (MEOR), generated in interactive environments (ICT-Company). Theoretical references in the following areas of knowledge are used: environment, petroleum, innovation, knowledge management, and network science, which were fundamental for the appropriate analysis and conclusion about the data obtained in the research. The interface of the oil industry
with the environment is interwoven by the patterns of the world energy matrix, which remains heavily centered on the use of oil, despite the fact that the consumption of renewable energy has increased in recent years. Oil exploration and the use of fossil fuels result in the generation of an important volume of produced water, besides the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2), thus configuring the urgency to find ways to reconcile the use of oil with the environmental imperative. Positive responses have emerged with the development of new technologies,
especially MEOR, which provides economic gains, related to increased efficiency in oil exploration, and environmental gains, with the reduction of CO2 emissions and the proportion of produced water. The petroleum industry is capital and technology intensive, so the diffusion of innovations in this sector must consider the complexity of its production chains. Large international companies, operators, and suppliers act together, alongside universities and research institutions that can act as developers of technologies demanded by the industry. Innovation as a factor in economic development enhances the competitiveness of organizations and countries. It is a process carried out by various actors who operate in interaction with the external environment, in a cycle consisting of distinct stages related to research, development and diffusion, resulting in new products, services and processes. To investigate the dynamics of the evolution of innovation in MEOR technologies in the petroleum sector, the network science was applied to the sample composed of 208 patents in order to, from the mapping of inventors, holders and patent offices, describe the important actors in the process of MEOR innovation, clarifying the relationship between MEOR patents and countries. Complementarily, the Petrogal-IFBA-UFBA project, a case of MEOR technology generation in an interactive ICT-Company environment, carried out in Brazil, was studied. As results, it was perceived the resistance of the industry to incorporate the MEOR technologies, despite the proven effectiveness in field tests conducted around the world; the role of partnerships between ICTs and companies in enabling the process of innovation and transfer of MEOR technologies and; the importance of conducting field tests, with the publication of strategies and results. Finally,
strategies that favor the transfer to industry of MEOR innovations generated in interactive environments (ICT-Company) were identified and analyzed, which was initially defined as an objective of this research.

  • In Brazil, there is a high incidence of violence against women and existing public policies have not achieved the expected results. According to the Constitution, the State must ensure assistance to the family and the creation of mechanisms to curb violence. With the enactment of Law 11.340/06 nominated by Maria da Penha, the right of all women and those who identify with the female gender, to live a life without violence, was guaranteed. The Law obliges the State and society to protect women from domestic and family violence, regardless of age, social class, race, religion and any other discriminatory factor. However, many obstacles to implementing the legislation were identified. Since then, an attempt has been made to recognize the functioning and repercussions of the women's protection network of the Maria da Penha Law. It was assumed that the Maria da Penha Law presents effective mechanisms for the prevention, protection and repression of the practice of domestic violence. Elements were researched to affirm the thesis that the construction of the network to face violence against women is complex and multidimensional. It was defined as a general objective: to carry out a multidisciplinary study on the functioning and repercussions of the women's protection network, after 15 years of enactment of the Law and to recognize its complexity and multifunctionality. In the specific objectives, the investigation dealt with the legislation for the protection of human rights and the universalist perspective of equal rights, if it has been enough to guarantee the desired equality in Salvador. The city of Salvador/BA was chosen to identify and analyze historical and statistical data. The research methodology was carried out through bibliographic survey and bibliometric analysis. Emergency protectionist mechanisms and measures were analyzed, such as the organization of courts for domestic and family violence against women; the hiring of multidisciplinary teams to care for victims and their families, the expansion of conditions for arrest in flagrante delicto and preventive arrest of domestic aggressors, among other innovations, in the fight against this perverse phenomenon, which, despite advances, still causes daily victims in the city in Salvador and on the national scene. The research focused on achievements relevant to protection and support, such as the Reference Center for Assistance to Women (CRAM), for multidisciplinary monitoring: legal, psychological, social guidance, remote and pedagogical assistance, for children who accompany victimized mothers. The study of the protection network, the organizations and services constituted by the public authorities, allowed the accomplishment of all the investigative objectives and revealed the complexity and multidimensionality of the phenomenon, confirming the thesis.

  • Work is a central element in the life of the human being, it is his condition of existence, reveals
his way of survival, identifies him as a human being and dignifies him. However, since the
implementation of the capitalist mode of production, the work has an abstract and alienating
meaning to re-become a means of providing the reproduction of capital. In the rural world, the
capitalist mode of production has been excluded from the world of work, the worker who does
not follow innovations and technological advances, being deprived of their small properties,
and transformed into a casual, non-resident employed labor force. And it is about the
unemployment resulting from the advances of the capitalist mode of production in the field,
especially in Bahia, that we will deal with in this thesis. Bahia presents a complex, diversified
rural territory, in which there are profound differences in patterns of capitalist development,
which are linked to the technical/technological progress adopted. It is intended to compare the
patterns of economic growth that emerged in selected territories of Bahian identity to answer
the following question: what is the potential for occupation in rural Bahia in view of the
specificities of agricultural development patterns that emerged in selected identity territories?
Thus, the general objective of this research is to understand the potential for occupation in rural
Bahia in view of the specificities of agricultural development patterns that emerged in selected
identity territories. Two hypotheses guide the research: i) The use of capital-intensive
technology provokes at the same time, in a movement contradictory from the point of view of
socioeconomic development, growth, increased productivity, and unemployment of the man
from the field. ii) Inclusive (labor-intensive) technological alternatives can mitigate the increase
in unemployment in the field. The methodology to answer the research question is based on
bibliographic research that seeks to systematize the state of the art. This qualitative survey will
be validated with census data (secondary) to explain or help in the comprehension of the
phenomenon (rural unemployment) that emerges in the selected bahian territories, based on the
paradigmatic discussion of technical progress in Brazilian agriculture. The conclusions reveal
that regarding the object of analysis of this thesis, the occupation of rural labor, the development
models adopted based on singular technological paradigms, seem to have a different impact on
the levels of occupation: more unemployment in the west of the state than in the Sertão do São
Francisco, and a lower unemployment rate in the Litoral Sul. Like the diagnosis, the
propositions to mitigate the phenomenon are unique and different. We understand, therefore,
that by developing a comparative analysis on the diversity of patterns of rural growth in Bahia
and its different alternatives for mitigating the phenomenon of unemployment in Bahia's
identity territories, we have brought novelty to this research.

  • Science Education is constituted as an educational concept that intertwines Complex Thinking, the History of Science and Interdisciplinarity. Such intertwining, between theoretical conceptions, can result in an educational approach that has Scientific Education as its pillar. The research problem consists of: What are the structural challenges and the teaching approach strategies for the effectiveness of Scientific Education in Integrated Secondary Education (EMI), in the Informatics and Environment courses, at the IFBA/Campus Seabra? Thus, in order to meet the resolution of the research problem, we structure our actions from the general objective, which consists of analyzing challenges in the structuring of Integrated Secondary Education, based on Federal Decree 5.154 and the Pedagogical Course Projects (PPCs) of EMI , in the courses of Informatics and Environment, of the IFBA/Campus Seabra, and to present strategies of approaches for the effectiveness of the Scientific Education, in the EMI, and in order to compose an analytical route of the structuring of the EMI from the Federal Decree 5,154/2004 , Course Pedagogical Projects (PPC´s) and the challenges for the effectiveness of Scientific Education. From the theoretical references about complexity, we adopted the concepts of BEING and DOING (Morin, 2007) to support our methodology and to understand our research environment and the practices we develop within this environment. The methodological path we adopted consisted of document analysis relevant to the object of study, such as Federal Decree 5.154/2004, the PPCs of the courses and bibliographical review and associated with a qualitative approach, based on theoretical references, which deal with Complexity and its characterizations, the History of Science and its implications for society and Science Education as an educational practice that integrates referentially critical knowledge. In the field of Participatory Research, we adopted as a strategy the holding of extension courses, short courses at the National Week of Science and Technology and research projects with students and teachers in order to understand and interact with those involved in EMI. The results obtained are the combinatorial formulations between theoretical and practical conceptions, an in-depth analysis of Science Education for EMI and the formulation of a class model with the purpose of integrating Being and Doing in the complex practices of Science Education.

  • Scientific studies on Mediumship and anomalous experiences were initiated by psychologists and psychiatrists at the end of the 19th century, but they were interrupted in a pre-paradigmatic phase, before researchers built consensus on the nature of these experiences. Currently, we are witnessing a resumption of studies in this area based on methodological advances in the observation of the phenomenon. In order to contribute to this resurgent perspective, this thesis has as its general objective to characterize the functional brain changes during the mediumistic trance and as specific objectives: to analyze the panorama of the study area Mediumship and to describe the topological indexes of brain functional networks in the mediumistic trance. This thesis is organized in multipaper format in which article 01 aims to fulfill the first specific objective and article 02, the second. The approach used is Network Theory in both articles, and in article 01 we used social networks to observe the semantic network of article titles and the coauthorship network of publishing articles on Mediumship. As a main result we obtained that while the semantic network is cohesive and reflects the history of research in the area, the co-authorship network is fragmented, which means that the authors are writing about the same theme, but are still far from working together. In article 02, we used the Dynamic Functional Brain Networks approach to analyze the topological indices of the networks in trance mediums, in comparison with a rest task and with the control group. As results, we achieved significant differences between trance and rest for the mediums group in the delta, theta, alpha and all frequencies networks, while in the control group we only found this difference in the delta network. Furthermore, in the mediums' group the difference happened systematically in the Left Hemisphere. The results were discussed based on other articles that also investigated mediums. Thus, this thesis achieved its established goals and presents itself as the first study to include the dynamic approach in Network Theory to study Mediumship

  • This study aims to perform a situated reflection about the crossings of affirmative action in the formative trajectories of transvestite students, women and transsexual men at Uneb under the lens of feminist studies. The thesis now presented analyzes the processes of implementation of affirmative action policies at Uneb and the consequent institutionalization of the system of reservation of vacancies for transvestite and transsexual students, showing that this is still an inconclusive process regarding the guarantee not only of access, but especially the permanence. For this, I take as my starting point the transfeminist and black feminist thought, which establish theoretical and paradigmatic connections between feminism, gender studies and transgender movement (JESUS, 2014). The notion of intersectionality, coined by black feminism, will be the analytical tool used to understand the multiple identities and identifications of the subjects, as well as the oppressions that fall on bodies that do not conform to the hegemonic models of race, class, and gender. In this way, the analysis about affirmative action policies for trans students is thought in the light of the notion of intersectionality, since the historically established social conditions require the analysis of power structures that conform the inequalities operated in institutional and cultural fields through the representations, ideology, interpersonal relationships, which operate the exclusion of access of trans people to higher education (COLLINS, BILGE, 2021, CRENSHAW, 1991). For this purpose, different devices were produced to understand and describe the research universe, among them, bibliographic and documentary research, and the systematic literature review (BOTELHO, L. L. R; CUNHA, C. C. de A; MACEDO, M, 2011; SAMPAIO R. F; MANCINI M. C., 2007). In addition to the interviews w ith trans students, entering the 2019 selective processes. The narrative interview was the methodological device adopted to understand the formative experiences and the crossings of affirmative action in the trajectories of trans students (FERREIRA, NACARATO, 2017). I conclude this study by stating that it is necessary to recognize that affirmative action policies are a social right, an achievement of the struggles led by black and trans social movements and that their implementation as a reparatory policy represents a struggle for social and epistemic justice and, therefore, should ensure the promotion of an education for diversity and the creation of a network of protection and confrontation to institutional transphobia that enables their academic permanence.

  • ABSTRACT

The exercise of imagination is fundamental for the construction of knowledge and the conception of world by the human beings. From this perspective, there was a constant presentation of difficulties in imagination by the students and, consequently, of understanding the subjects from the curriculum presented in the classroom. In view of this, it was elaborated and theorized a study technique, the graphism, that has been systematized in order to serve as a cognitive tool to assist students in visualizing, organizing, directing and encouraging the exercise of imagination in the acquisition of knowledge.  Applying and checking  the graphism as a teaching and learning strategy was the main objective of this investigation which was carried out with the participation of the teacher and students of two classes of the Solids Mechanics II curriculum component of the Bachelor in Technological and Exact Sciences of Federal University of Reconcavo of Bahia during the second semester, in 2019. Through the qualitative and applied approach, this work used the procedures of bibliographic and documentary research for the development of its theoretical basis. For the empirical basis, interviews and questionnaires were used the aspects and techniques of Collaborative Action Research. Theory and Methodology concepts Dialectic of Knowledge supported the systematization and execution of the graphism and its implementation as a teaching and learning strategy followed the principles of Ensinagem. After the verification and analysis of the collected data, through two cycles of research action, it was found that the execution of the graphism by students during the process of acquisition of knowledge  and problem solving in engineering: (1) assists and promotes the overcoming of the cognitive darkness through illustration, visualization and graphic organization of the elements of the knowledge object; (2) directs the movement of thought; (3) helps in the rise of knowledge and stimulates the exercise of imagination. When dealing with application of the graphism as Ensinagem strategy, it was found that awareness learning by students led them to knowledge, thus stimulating the development of their intellectual autonomies. The results indicated that 50% of the students who completed all activities during the semester, 29.5% evolved in grades during the period and obtained approval at the end. In356 the case of the group of the 18 volunteers, 15 students participated in all activities and did the three component evaluations. Of these, 8 students showed a significant evolution in grades during the process and were approved in the component, which is equivalent to 53% of the group sampling.  In addition to these checks and results, the application of the graphism  as  Ensinagem strategy for students of Technological and Exacts Sciences turn into a pedagogical product, because, from the conception that thinking is imagine, it was validated the understanding that teaching the learner to learn is teaching to learn through the imagination.

  • The debate around the guarantee of the right of access to public information has
intensified in most countries of the world, as a way to strengthen democracy and
favor the informed action of citizens in the process of monitoring public policies. It is
the guarantee of access to public information that contributes to the dissemination of
knowledge in the public sphere, understood as the process capable of turning
knowledge into a citizen empowerment tool, which favors their active and dialogical
participation around public policies and the state management. It is considering these
premises that this thesis, entitled Right of Access to Public Information: dissemination
of knowledge in the monitoring of the state policy of Professional Education in Bahia,
aims to understand how the implementation of the right of access to public
information favors the dissemination of knowledge from the school community to
monitor the state policy of Professional Education in Bahia. For the development of
the investigation we opted for an exploratory-explanatory study, adopting the
procedure of case study since it is, in addition to a theoretical study on the diffusion
of knowledge, an empirical investigation of an innovative phenomenon, the study of
law of access to public information, situated in the specific context that is the state
policy of professional education in Bahia. For this, we use bibliographic, electronic,
documentary and field research. The universe of field research is the Territorial
Centers for Professional Education of the State of Bahia and the locus of research,
the Territorial Center for Professional Education of the North Coast and Agreste
Baiano (CETEP / LNAB), located in the municipality of Alagoinhas, a time frame from
2012 to 2017. The subjects participating in the investigation were chosen in the
school community based on the non-probabilistic intentionality criterion, defining the
School Board, Class Leaders, teachers and managers of CETEP do Coast North and
Agreste Baiano, as well as the managers of Professional Education of the Secretary
of Education. To analyze and interpret the data and information collected in the light
of the proposed theoretical framework, we adopt a perspective of qualitative and
quantitative approach, based on the content analysis technique. We conclude that
the guarantee of access to socially organized information in dialogical articulation
with the dissemination of knowledge enhances qualified participation and favors the
monitoring of the Professional Education policy by those who are part of the school
community. This study can contribute to the improvement of educational
management practices, as well as to the improvement of the follow-up of the State
    policy of professional education.

  • This paper, entitled "Nem mulheres, nem negrxs, nem queer of color (QOC) na liderança do futebol brasileiro! The intersectionality in sports", was based on the hypothesis that there are no women, black people and subjects (characterized as) queers (LGBTQI) in the roles of command, leadership, power in Brazilian soccer, consisting of this problem in resistance to such inclusions and strengthening, thus, gender inequality, racial and heterosexuality as the norm in this sector. As a way to show these aspects, observing the influences, motivations, and persistences, this work, of qualitative and descriptive approach, relied on intersectionality and interdisciplinarity and relied on documentary analysis (reports, newspaper and web clippings), interviews, and specific literature review. To this end, the following research questions were raised: Why are there no women, nor blacks, nor queers of color (QOC) in the functions of command and power in soccer? And what factors have influenced to naturalize these inequalities in sports? The goal was to analyze diversity in Brazilian sports, specifically the categories of black and queer women, through intersectionality in gender, race, class, territory, and sexualities, cutting across the soccer modality, highlighting the colonial, sociocultural, racial, and political influences reflecting on black people. The results of this process demonstrated the strength of racism that, instead of being eradicated, comes back strongly, as well as sexism, both naturalized. Despite changes in the relations between the sexes regarding some spaces in sports, resistance to equality remains in the functions of power, but veiled and concealed under the cloak of the discourse of democracy. However, the influence of the hate speech that is updated, androcentrism, and the maintenance of the coloniality of power appear strongly. In sum, an intersectional look at Brazilian sports has shown that there are no women, nor blacks, nor queers of color in power in the soccer field, emphasizing the multiple oppression in the black racial category.

  • This dissertation consists of 16 letters on the theme of Africanities in public policies for books, reading, literature and libraries in Brazil - LLLB (2013-2015). It was conducted by an incarnate researcher modeled by a multi-referential and bibliodiverse purpose. The analyzed corpus involved a set of publications by Secretaria de Políticas de Promoção da Igualdade Racial-Seppir (Special Department for the Promotion of Racial Equality) and Fundação Cultural Palmares-FCP (Palmares Cultural Foundation), as well a public consultation on Africanities and race relations in public policies for the LLLB sector (FCP-2014). The corpus also included the book PNLL – Plano Nacional do Livro e Leitura – Textos e História/2006-2010 (National Book and Reading Plan - Texts and History/2006-2010). The central argument of the dissertation states that in order to the thematics of Africanities be part of the formulation of public policies for the LLLB sector skilled Black professionals have to be in decision-making positions and at the head of these processes. Policies for the promotion of racial equality adopted in the governmental sector of culture value other forms of expression to the detriment of books, reading, literature and libraries.

  • knowledge diffusion of the DMMDC’s epistemic community with social inclusion viability. UFBA 2021.
    Abstract
This study focuses on the relationship of knowledge with Science, Technology, and Society (STS). It analyzes the production and diffusion of knowledge and its possibility of social inclusion viability prevenient of the the Multi-Institutional and Multi-Disciplinary of Diffusion and Knowledge Doctoral - Doutorado Multi-Institucional e Multidisciplanar em Difusão do Conhecimento (DMMDC) epistemic community. Seeking to answer the following research question: What is the contribution of the DMMDC program in the production of a cognitive technological base concentrated with social inclusion? Its objectives are: to contextualize western knowledge, to situate the reality of peripherical groups by highlighting its criticism and contributions to the production of alternative epistemologies while identifying its theoretical practices that foster the Brazilian experience of social technology, namely from its emergent to its new sociological and technological approaches, and to map DMMDC knowledge production and diffusion and the social inclusion potentiality by establishing ways of articulating between the theory with the empirical map of this research in order to learn new alternative forms of social inclusion of knowledge production. The theories employed in the study are Phenomenology, Cognitive Analysis, Decoloniality Theory, Social Technology, and Sociotechnical Adequacy. This qualitative, analytical-interpretative study was based on State of Art and Cartographic methodology. The results from two cartographies reveal that the DMMDC has a technological base with social inclusion viability as following: knowledge interrelation, approaches between science, technology, and society relationship, behavior connection (interaction, reciprocity, cooperation, and group solidarity and good feeling), dialogicity, complex forms of perspective and interpretation to see the world life, such as polylogica, work in network, multi-referentiality, in addition to diverse ways to knowledge diffusion, i.e., the valorization of collective experience, analyze and design cognitive.

  • The thesis Body as a matrix of Cognitive Analysis: a study of body memory in art therapy for the diffusion of knowledge is based on the studies of Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology and Cognitive Analysis. The construction of the Cognitive Body concept aims to help in the life process and provide rethinking apparently normal, everyday and legitimate, but colonizing, discriminatory and silencing issues. The problematization of this Cognitive Body concept is directly linked to the stimulation of self-esteem, life, personal appreciation, the discovery of individual potentialities, self-respect and self-care. As well as assisting the perception of the processes of alienation, denial, sabotage, prostration, postponement and subordination. And to promote an understanding of the issues discussed in contemporary society located in the body, such as: femicide, feminism, machismo, exploitation, ethnicity, ethics, education, politics, in short, everything that reverberates in the body and everything contained in the bodies. This research aimed to investigate body awareness as a matrix of cognitive analysis for self-knowledge, based on memory, life experiences, movement experiences, body expression and artistic poetics. In this perspective, the thesis expands the scope for people who want to know themselves, not only when they arouse the desire to do therapy / self-knowledge in a therapeutic set, but to be able to stimulate, provoke, invite the bodies to blossom in different places, areas of knowledge, communities or academic spaces. In the same way, providing the inclusion of time in the capitalist world in spaces of formal and non-formal education, so that people can think with and for the Body. The investigation enables access, discussion and inclusion of the body in meetings, events, congresses, seminars, meetings, spaces of formal, community knowledge, groups of face-to-face and virtual movements. This is a curricular, political and theoretical-methodological proposal. The research is multi-referential and interdisciplinary based on the epistemological basis of the phenomenological hermeneutics of the event that involves the bodies of children, women and all human beings who wish to discover and rescue their cognitive, historical, cultural and ancestral potentialities. The research was based on previous questions and others that arose from the supporting Psychocorpoetic methodology that was developed in the meetings of the focus group on body movement and creative, authorial and art therapy production. The accomplishment of this process had as objective to observe, to analyze cognitively and to register the corporal relation in the artistic production developed by orientation of the techniques of art therapy through symbols, attitudes, individual and collective expressiveness. The group members helped each other, as each story complements and assists the constitution of narratives and memories. To support the studies of human cognition, cognitive analysis and transduction for Psychocorpoetics I take with reference BURNHAM, Teresinha Fróes, VARELA, Francisco, J .; THOMPSON, Evan; ROSCH, Eleanor, TEIXEIRA, João de Fernandes, MATURANA R., Humberto. In culture DAMATTA, Roberto, GROSFOGUEL, Ramón, HALL, Stuart. ZERBO. Joseph Ki, OLIVEIRA, Eduardo. In the work carried out with the researcher group (GAUTHIER, 2012), when the narratives are presented by the participants, there is no classification in the results of right or wrong or final considerations. There is no majority opinion or directive, everyone is accepted in their knowledge and crossed by multiple cultural horizons. This is how the body accesses the bodies, reactivating the civilizing values and transducing ancestral memory. From mutual recognition and the joining of popular, academic and cultural knowledge.

  • ABSTRACT

In the Solidarity Economy, economic agents unite in cooperative and associative organizations to produce, sell and distribute products and services. In this context, collaborative relations become fundamental to the Movement, given that from this union the possibilities for joint action arise, enabling a process of structuring and building the sustainability of that collective. On the other hand, the purpose of this meeting, whether it is the desire to produce and sell collectively or share the production tools to generate income, is revealed in the midst of multiple other desires that make up the place of speech of each individual permeated by the subjectivity of each. Since management takes place based on a joint journey, it is necessary to focus not only on what is one, but also on what is diverse, in order to work on the acceptance and sense of belonging of peers, as a strategy for strengthening in the face of challenges that can weaken the balance of the group. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze aspects of individual and collective subjectivity of economic agents representing Solidarity Economy, in a perspective of managing collaborative relations. The methodology used was the Case Study, bringing as an argument the advisory project developed by the Solidarity Economy Incubator of the State University of Southwest Bahia (UESB). For a multidimensional analysis, the Incubator's modus operandi was observed, through the registration of the actions developed with the economic agents, as well as the analysis of the subjectivity aspects of the project's target agents. In order to define which professionals would be checked, since the Incubator works with various types of popular groups, it was decided to work with professionals in the craft industry, given that they were the target of several incubation actions between the years of 2009 to 2013. The research data were analyzed in a multi-referential perspective, using narrative interviews and the development of semantic networks. Observations and research indicated that the management of collaborative relationships applied to the Solidarity Economy reveals a particular focus on the instrumental rationality model, negating the individual subjectivities that make up the motivation process for group collaboration. It was concluded by the importance of recognizing the individual and the collective for the formation of management strategies, of perceiving what unites and what differentiates a group based on their individualities, and that the dialogue between the individual and the collective moves through harmonization profiles in a movement of acceptance of the other, never exclusion or standardization. Anyway, the research proved how much of a difference there is in what one wants to be united, and that it is in the meeting of these differences, added to what is equal, that the transformation of the individual and his group takes place. The challenge of managing collaborative relationships is to promote this meeting, facilitating the processes of recognizing oneself and the other to make it collective.

  • In the last decade there has been an expressive growth in the production of scientific knowledge about gender, sexualities and queer in Brazil and, especially in Bahia. This shift, quantitative and qualitative, stems from a government policy (2003-2016) that enabled the emergence of a political-academic scenario favorable to the institutionalization of themes, the formation and consolidation of research groups at universities, albeit in a precarious way. On the other hand, knowledge management, a field whose theoretical and practical formulation, apparently does not dialogue with the themes of gender and sexuality. This study comprises an effort to bring these two areas of knowledge closer together, since there are no studies dedicated to establishing connections and ruptures with the neoliberal proposal that overdetermines management practices. The objective is to map the processes of production, management and diffusion of scientific knowledge through the trajectory of the leaders of ten research groups on gender, sexuality and queer in Bahia between the years 2009 and 2019. To access and understand this modus operandi, I assume the perspective of the “Pesquisador Encarnado”, an experimental and theoretical-analytical modeling built in the course of the UNEB Research Group, in personal experiences and with feminist epistemologies. To this end, I use a qualitative approach based on a bricolage of different techniques and instruments that includes semi-structured interviews, documentary sources such as the CNPQ group directory and other cultural textualities such as facebook. In line with the cartographer's know-how in his invention policy, I build a problematic field with a view to expanding the theoretical scope of knowledge management from a third way, among the market capitalist logics, the political commitment to life, the justice and collaborative science, in addition to contributing to the consolidation of the epistemological statute of “knowledge management”, a field in formation. The results point to an idea of management as a cognitive phenomenon embodied in other (re) existences that places in relation to the three dimensions: life management, epistemic management and organizational management.

  • Knowledge has been fundamental in the history of Humanity, to the extent of being responsible for the three great and classically recognized revolutions of Homo sapiens: 1) Cognitive, 2) Agricultural and 3) Scientific. Now, the new Revolution, this time Digital, at the end of the 20th Century, represents a profound impact on the production and accumulation of new information, which questions and stresses the construction of Human knowledge in the 21st Century. Thus, the need for options to replace the Traditional Model is even more urgent, in which the Flipped Classroom (FC) is presented as one of them. However, the knowledge we have of the FC Model, according to the two bibliographic investigations developed in this thesis, is presented in a superficial development, only sufficient for pragmatic purposes. Thus, this thesis has the objective of observing, describing and understanding how in the Flipped Classroom Model the process of teaching-learning and construction of knowledge is carried out from the Paradigm of Phenomenology. Therefore, it is located on Line 1 - Knowledge Construction: Cognition, Languages and Information of the Doctoral Program in Knowledge Diffusion. The empirical research consisted of a case study of the experience of using the FC Model during a semester in veterinary surgery classes at the Catholic University of Temuco-Chile, with the participation of a teacher and sixty students. The instruments to collect data were: participant observation, semi-structured interviews in person, online and in discussion groups, as well as documents (video of the classes, transcription of audios of interviews, annotations from the field diary). Data analysis was based on Discursive Textual Analysis. As considerations at the end, with this thesis the objective was reached, which gave an answer to the research question. In this way, the "knowledge about" the Flipped Classroom Model is delivered, which is presented as a possibility of cultivating and caring for our Humanity, by allowing the construction of knowledge among Homo sapiens, despite the effects of the Digital Revolution.

  • The research discusses the issue of the tension in the political and social relations provoked by the different prejudiced manifestations, its meaning and its structure, as well as the formative activity of the senses, driving new connections in a semiotic dimension. From the access to the information allowed by technology, it is intended to achieve the central objective of this research, which is to find ways to reduce the spread of prejudice in the virtual environment, specifically on the social network Facebook. Noting the continuity and even the expansion of interconnected traumas between people in provoking their feelings and emotions, as well as the continuing violation of their rights, were highlighted through Greimas and Fontanille (1993) in the Semiotics of Passions, the feelings of indignation, anger, rage, hate, dissatisfaction, hurt, resentment, resistance. Thus it was decided to find out the various words and slanderous expressions, especially those expressed by the Heads of State, having as the main subject, the President of the Republic, given its representativeness, not only by the position it currently holds but as a person who has the power to influence or represent other people. The investigation takes place through the use of news and cartoons posted on Facebook, which may show the possibility of favoring the discovery of other implicit means that justify reflections, changes, transformations in the being or that lead to the production of new meanings. It evidences the subjectivities and/or identities in building a network of interactions of new subjects and the reading of their emotions and/or feelings. A bibliographical discussion is intended throughout the thesis, as the different aspects related to the problem are evaluated, including comments on the current situation in Brazil and the expansion of the process of tensions caused by prejudice and feelings expressed in the texts and images published on the Facebook dating site. Through a qualitative, communicative, comparative, and participatory approach, the parameters, the dynamics, the prejudices, and the hierarchy and resistance in the texts and images studied were illustrated, as the conjugated elements were evaluated, since when Comparative method offers the opportunity to observe similar profiles and/or different positions, but complementary to the analysis. The research strategies in qualitative, quantitative or multi-method approaches, as they assist in exploring the reality and the understanding of social or human phenomena, provide theoretical perspectives that can be tested and/or analyzed in practice (MASSUKADO, 2008).

  • Introduction – Historical research on the Belgian intellectual, Paul Otlet (1868-1944), founder of Documentation – a knowledge field that currently designates Information Science. His main contributions begin in 1895 with the foundation of Institut International de Bibliographie (IIB), during the 1ère Conférence Internationale de Bibliographie. Research started from two fundamental author's productions: Universal Bibliographic Repertory,  a catalog composed of  printed documents of all knowledge published since the 15th century; and an Universal Classification containing a descriptive representation of universal intellectual production, so as to cover all scientific areas. In order to create Universal Documentation Network, he produced graphic schemes and drawings, which were analyzed by the referred thesis and showed a global network of communication, collaboration, cooperation and exchange, which showed the actuality of design schemes. This network would allow people from anywhere in the world to search millions of books, newspapers, photographs, films and sound recordings that are all interconnected, what he called réseau mondial, an effective precursor of current World Wide Web. Considering the research problem, which consists in finding historical and biographical elements that Paul Otlet conceived on the current communicational structure in networks, which would become the internet, a qualitative approach was carried out with the following general objective: to promote dissemination of knowledge about contributions of Paul Otlet to the history of Information Science and dissemination of knowledge in a network based on the architecture of Universal Documentation Network. As specific objectives were established the following points: to reconstruct historically the life of Paul Otlet highlighting the technological bases created by him in knowledge field of diffusion, materialized in Universal Documentation Network; to give meaning to the graphic modeling of Universal Documentation Network conceived by him through images (graphic schemes and diagrams) of synthesis of knowledge in a network; to inventory  definitions of the term Diffusion of Knowledge considering polysemy and context of use and appropriation in the work of and about Paul Otlet. Methodological procedures - It was adopted historical-descriptive method associated with the technique of bibliographic research using secondary sources and imagery reading of Otlet's representations and conception of the network. Research universe is made up of works published by and about Paul Otlet and authors and documents in the field of research through structured searches in national and foreign research portals. Conclusive observations - Paul Otlet's design vision for contemporaneity was historically reconstructed with Universal Documentation Network which revealed the matrix ideas of the dissemination of knowledge in a network. Thesis - Research that was carried out gathered evidence of proposed thesis that Paul Otlet is the forerunner of the conception of the Network and the Internet.

  • Traditional methods employed in the study of motor control and biomechanics have used linear relationships between system components. However, these relationships go beyond the linear equations can offer (growth, decay and steady state maintenance), requiring an approach that explores the richness of the interaction of the motor system elements. The theory of complex systems applied to movement science has brought a new perspective to this last field of knowledge and may be another way of trying to explain the result that arises from the interaction of the elements of the neuromuscular system. Assuming the applicability of the theory of complex systems for understanding the behavior motor, this thesis’s general aim is to understand the behavior of human movement of the lower limbs through scaling measures. The scope review mapped the literature of scaling methods applied to the analysis of gait and running and the results showed a wide range of conceptual interpretations of metrics and methods used and different assumptions of motor explanation for the results of the work. Eleven scaling methods and 6 metrics associated with them were found. The analysis of the relationship between methods and motor interpretation showed that most of the papers uses the Detrended Fluctuation Analysis (DFA) and explains the DFA results through hypotheses about the supraespinal influence and origin of long-range correlations adaptability and stability during gait and running. The results contributed to the suggestion of new research that can answer questions that are still open in the literature. The last chapter is a cross-sectional study in which various lower limbs tasks are assessed to verify if there is nonlinear relationship between the average velocity of motion and displacement elements. It was found that the nonlinear relationship is present in the task, but changes according to the type of task and restrictions imposed on the task. Nonlinearity can stem from the central nervous system's priority in fulfilling the task objective and the fractal property of human movement. The hypothesis that explains the difference in scaling ratio between different tasks and under restrictions, is changing the attentional focus during activities. The scaling methods can be useful for measuring human movement and should be further explored to deepen understanding of human movement, as well as serve as an assessment tool to identify and monitor movement disorders and help in the treatment of these.

  • Introduction: Currently, in Audiology, the early and accurate diagnosis of hearing impairment is still difficult for people with multiple disabilities, even with the actual technological advancement in the area, which made it possible to perform hearing tests on newborns, such as assessments electroacoustic and electrophysiological. However, these objective tests are not sufficient for the diagnosis of hearing loss. For this, it is essential to find the hearing thresholds, which occurs through pure tone audiometry, which makes up the battery of tests of the basic (subjective) audiological evaluation, and which when compared to speech tests confirm the hearing deficit. Objective: to evaluate the use of eye tracking technology as an auxiliary tool for the basic audiological evaluation of people with multiple disabilities in the Brazilian Unified System of Health. Method: this is a case study with six users with cerebral palsy; it is an evaluative, descriptive, exploratory and qualitative-quantitative study. The subjective audiological evaluation was performed with eye tracking and the results were compared to those of the objective evaluation. Triangulation of methods was used and caregivers and professionals interviewed. Results: there was compatibility between the results obtained in the audiological tests for all evaluated users. The facilities mentioned in the observations were around people (users and staff), who were collaborative and experienced, respectively. The main difficulties pointed out were related to users' involuntary movements, which made it difficult to capture eye movement. Users showed tranquility, collaboration, attention and joy during the tests, and the team showed tranquility, resoluteness and patience. Most caregivers and health professionals said that screening is extremely important for the basic audiological evaluation of people with multiple disabilities. Conclusion: This study pointed out that eye tracking technology can be an auxiliary tool for the basic audiological evaluation of people with multiple disabilities in Unified System of Health. However more studies are needed to better understand this specific knowledge, mainly because it is a little explored tool in Audiology.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a discussion between scientific knowledge, its formation and consequences for contemporary times, using philosophical reflection as an investigation tool. The objective is to elaborate a polylogical philosophical proposition that privileges subjectivity on science for the formation of the integral being, in view of the complexity and multidimensionality of the human condition. We sought to provide a balance between the powers of thought and the values introjected into each human being that motivate actions and these reasons are not unique, they can be rational, intuitive, affective, instinctive, or even imaginary, passing through a plurality of motivations which transcends the unity of reason, because through an appropriate philosophical reflection itself , we can value the reason involved and highlight the different fields of knowledge. The methodology was based on bibliographic sources, on an existential phenomenological epistemology, implicated, dialoguing with the diversity of knowledge, not only on formalist or theoretical constructions, but on the significance of our existential essence, since the knowledge we pursue is not reduced to an unique aspect, in this construction aimed at plurilinearity and the multiplicity of phenomena. The intentionality is to prioritize the human being polyexistence, in its real coexistence, because we understand that in this human diversity lies one of the main treasures of humanity The proposition of philosophizing and educating is to point, open possibilities, gaps , for a new epistemology, under the bases of complexity, transdisciplinarity, pushed by subjectivity, not only of the rational subject, but that is based on a multiple texture, an incarnated human being (subject) . This, based on new cognitive bases, of this own and proper thinking, opening to polylogical, polysemic knowledge, on polyphony of voices to enhance the creative abundance of our existence.

  • Our research proposal aims at establishing a dialogue between philosophy and physics, particularly from an approximation between Spinoza's metaphysics and David Bohm's theoretical physics. It is based on the understanding that the new paradigm of physics proposed by Bohm, in which the theories and facts described are aspects of the same and broader reality, refer to Spinoza's Ethics. By believing in the power of Spinoza's philosophy  to understand contemporary phenomena, we reaffirm the currentness of his philosophy, particularly its ontology, to enrich dialogue with science, so as to contribute to the development of a more communicative scientific knowledge open to plurality which is now announced. Thus, we defend the thesis that Spinoza's metaphysics is compatible with the causal approach proposed by the deterministic interpretation of Bohm's quantum physics, but precisely in his book Totality and the implicate order. We will start from the presupposition already defended by Ponczek (2009) that the epistemological posture assumed by the so- called "Spinozian realism" makes possible the understanding by means of the metaphysics of certain scientific questions. Thus, throughout our research we seek to identify  the convergence between the Spinozist ontology and the implicated order theory expressed in the whole universe, more precisely in David Bohm's theory of hidden variables (TVOs). With this theory, Bohm proposes an alternative for indeterministic and probabilistic interpretation of the Copenhagen School on quantum reality. In short, we think that the theory of nonlocal occult variables is compatible with Spinozian realism, therefore, the entire implicit dimension of reality in Bohm is in tune with the totality of the universe in Spinoza and with his deterministic understanding of reality.

  • This thesis aims to apprehend the original project of Escola Parque de Salvador-Bahia, a pedagogical project partially implemented by Anísio Teixeira in the 1950s. The research is based on the theoretical principles of Mikhail Bakhtin's (2003) philosophy of language, polyphony and dialog, and in the psychology of art by Vygotsky (2009) as basic supports for its development. Carried out using the Research-Application methodology, or Design-Based Research (DBR), brought by Matta, Silva and Boaventura (2014), the thesis collaboratively articulates with the community of researchers from the Caeetitan intellectual and with the collections related to the projects pedagogical activities of Anísio Teixeira. In addition to paying homage to the Bahian educator and rescuing an important part of the history of education in Bahia and Brazil, the study promotes the dissemination of this knowledge by developing a participatory virtual museum solution with Anísio Teixeira's educational proposal for Escola Parque, contributing with information and communication technologies. The Virtual Museum of the Parque School of the 1950s (MVEP1950) is a digital, virtual and interactive online modeling solution, built through the socio interactionist epistemology of praxis, dialectic and interdisciplinary, based on the collection produced with Public History and Design Cognitive (Matta, 2005).

  • The Pataxó de Coroa Vermelha indigenous community has its own characteristics, given the peculiarities of its formation, and through the process of modernization and development through which the region where it is inserted has experienced. There are clear reasons for moving through the pluriactivity area, in relation to the community studied, as it was possible to identify that the members of the Pataxó indigenous community of Coroa Vermelha (CIPCV) have some occupational and income-generating activities, among which we highlight agriculture, fishing, handicrafts and commerce, in addition to wage labor. The idea of local development does not aim to compete or even replace the capitalist development model, it aims to insert in the economic context those localities (neighborhoods, cities, regions, countries) that, for some reason, have not yet achieved the expected development to provide its citizens the desirable quality of life. Certainly, the CIPCV can be studied from several perspectives. Here we studied the economic activities practiced by the Pataxós families in the search for income, which contribute to the subsistence of these family units. With regard to indigenous school education, changes in curricula and pedagogical practices are necessary so that all individuals acquire a level of training and develop learning about work that will enable them to obtain a job, preserving their identity. The objective of this work is research in the indigenous community of Coroa Vermelha, the economic pluriactivity developed by the Pataxós and how they contribute to local development in the municipalities of Santa Cruz de Cabrália and Porto Seguro - Bahia, also considering their way of exist. Use of qualitative and exploratory methodology, with field visit and oral history to support bibliographic research. The results obtained show that the CIPCV is pluriactive, that the Pataxós of the Extreme South of Bahia form a Symbolic Site of Belonging, and that their presence, economic activities and way of existing contribute to the strengthening of tourist activity and local development.

  • The present thesis, entitled Dissemination of Knowledge in the Collaboration Policy Implemented by the Municipal Education Support Program (Proam) in Itatim / Bahia, is based on the assumption that the dissemination of knowledge, when promoted in educational policies of collaboration between education systems, contributes for improving the quality of education. In this study, we took as an object the dissemination of knowledge and the educational policy of collaboration, intending to understand how the process of dissemination of knowledge took place in the collaboration practices implemented by Proam in the municipality of Itatim. Referenced, among other contributions, in the theoretical foundations of knowledge management, we present considerations based on epistemological aspects that structure the model of converting tacit and explicit knowledge, systematized by Nonaka and Takeuchi (2008), favoring the analysis of the dialectical movement of diffusion knowledge, in the organizational context. With adhesion to Proam Actions, from 2008 to 2016, Itatim was the municipality, in 2017, with the highest Basic Education Development Index (IDEB), in the early years of elementary school. Thus, given the singularity of the fact and the significant contribution of its analysis to the expansion of knowledge, we opted for the single-case study method, characterized by exploratory research, of a descriptive character, with a mixed methods approach, guided by the exploratory sequential project. As for the procedures, we used bibliographic, documentary, electronic and field research, associated with the corresponding data collection instruments, in-depth interviews, focus group, electronic model questionnaire, structured from analysis categories, linked to modes of knowledge conversion and collaboration policy. The research participants were selected by the intentionality criterion with maximum variation, involved with the actions carried out by Proam in the Municipality of Itatim, such as: municipal education leaders; teachers who implement professional qualification process on behalf of Proam; trainers, school managers, pedagogical coordinators and teachers. After collecting data and investigations, we used the technique of content analysis, in a perspective of qualitative and quantitative approach, providing opportunities in the light of the theoretical framework, the interpretation of its findings towards the achievement of the established objectives. In this way, the research results showed that the dynamics of knowledge diffusion in Itatim, resulted from the interaction articulated by Proam as a “ba” space for the dissemination of knowledge, and institutionalized in the spaces of continuing education of professionals guided by the practice of dialogical articulation between tacit knowledge of the subjects of the action and explicit knowledge, valuing and articulating technical and existential knowledge, expanded through collective reflection processes, generating new knowledge that was systematized and amplified for the education network, strengthening the professionalism of managers and teachers, improving the quality of teaching and management practices in schools and the education network, with repercussions on improving students' learning.

  • ABSTRACT

The assistive technology MULDI is a multiliteracy app for disabled children, it is response to the challenger of including sources to the intellectual disability field, it is related to the everyday life and society. In general, children with intellectual disability joined in primary school are introduced in the school daily life without theachers and parents being able to manage it. This work was motivated by the necessity of collaborating with the change in face what was presented before and promoting pedagogical and technological update, aiming bring closer assistive technology to multiliteracy and to generate educative possibilities to the intellectual disability field. The research sociocognitive design and the developing app MULDI had as an axis the main axiom: - Assistive technology is an equipment, a serial product or custom-made, which may enable disabled people. The studied question: - Does digital games, as assistive technology, have efficacy in sociocognitive learning and multiliteracy of disabled intellectual children? Defined Hypothesis: If assistive technology is an product which may enable in somehow people with disability, it may be used in multiliteracy as a process of learning and sociocognitive development for children with intellectual disability in the digital network. The generated thesis: - Children with intellectual disability might be multiliterated by apps games as assistive technology in digital environment. On the basis of this, this work overall aim consists in building an sociocognitive design to create digital apps games designed as assistive technology to multiliterate disabled children. To complement the overall aim, it was established the specific aims: (1) to develop a sociocognitive design to create apps (digital games) that help multiliteracy and become assistive technology to children with intellectual disability; (2) to evaluate contributions of assistive technology created for multiliteracy of students with intellectual disability; (3) To verify if the assistive technology enable people with intellectual disability in theirs quality of life, autonomy and consolidation of the multiliteracy learning. It was utilized the Design-Based Research, developed in creation cycles and data analysis. The resource type room in the Centro Educacional Vanda Lacerda de Matos, in the public school system of Maracás, Bahia, was the place of data collection and conduction of inventory to the sociocognitive design of investigation. Starting from the social interactionist theory and from the development of the sociocognitive design to generate assistive technology as interactive game app, offering stimulus for multiple learning. Approaches was established in qualitative and quantitative data; Desk research was carried out. Non-participating observations in the physics and social context. The final cycle was dedicated to build a game as assistive technology and production of stimulus in different language and interactions dimensions, named MULDI, which may be used either in scholar environment or out of it, as well as it might broad the horizon of technology concept in the Brazil and promote technology inclusion to their people.

  • Contemporary health production is constituted by knowledge and technologies of different natures. With the emergence and hegemony of biomedical knowledge, different rationalities, knowledge and health production practices, even much earlier than biomedicine, the conception that health is related to the biological body has been naturalized and it is turned to this dimension that initiatives of care are predominantly focused. However, different ways of understanding health coexist, either in the dimensions of its rationality, or in the articulation of traditional and ancestral knowledge. Coexistence is often constrained by diffusion strategies that hierarchize knowledge and practices and, not infrequently, fight and exterminate those who do not respond to the current validity, such as the knowledge of traditional indigenous medicine. This research has as main objective to understand the practices, knowledge and indigenous knowledge through its traditional medicine. These knowledges and the practices they are based on are articulated with nature, constituting a multi-referential learning environment and enabling the production and diffusion of knowledge appropriate for society. The empirical field was developed through observation and experience of the practices of the Kariri-Xocó, Fulni-ô and Fulkaxó peoples, being carried out predominantly in the Thá-fene Reserve in Lauro de Freitas-Bahia. The research problem was how can the dissemination of knowledge of traditional indigenous medicine contribute to promoting people's health and quality of life? In order to achieve this goal and analyze the information produced in the empirical field, the multi-referential perspective was chosen as the methodological trail. Document analysis, bibliographic research and participatory research were used as data collection techniques. The data were produced by means of a focus group, observation and field diary, recorded in a recorder, camera and video camera.
The data were treated by means of triangulation of sources. To support the study, dialogues were produced with theories originated from indigenous authors, theorists of complexity, multi-referentiality, polylogic, from the morphogenetic field and from formulations about plant energy, which allow the understanding of nature and its relationship with human beings as a biological entity , social, affective, psychological / emotional, spiritual, which are constituents of the diversity of bodies. Among the main results produced, we highlight the elaboration of a graphic representation in the form of mandala / phyto-galactic constellation, which represents the set of knowledge, practices and knowledge that guide the health-disease-care processes in the indigenous perspective, the constitution, in interaction with the indigenous people, from a space / set of references and actions, called “OWCA AYAM”, conceived as a multi-referential learning space (AMA), and destined to the care and educational actions in health, in the indigenous perspective, which comes enabling the development of intersectoral actions involving health care, non-formal education and the exercise of citizenship. The development of this study led to the opening of dialogues and actions that transcend scientific production, which certainly will not end with the formal end of this study.

  • Nowadays, other forms of social organization have been growing within modern, postmodern or so-called complex societies; among them the groups called “Collectives”, identified in this research as: Colectives Social Urban (CSU). We emphasize that these groups have characteristics of formation, organization and performance, very specific and distinct, with varied interactions, they lead scenarios that modify the landscape of cities or spheres contained in the virtual universe [locus of their actions]; emphasize social actions with representations in culture, art, politics, among others. The research will be carried out with the demarcation of the organization of these groups in virtual settings, since they are contextualized spaces of their proliferation, registration of their births, formation and actions. The research moves towards offering possible paths, provisional answers, possibilities for understanding the problem: how to model the digital records of the textual discourses of the self-declarations of the Urban Social Collectives in contemporary society? the research wants to identify the characteristics of some collectives today. We feed the general objective, proposing an analytical modeling on the digital records of textual self-declaration speeches: training process and actions -sensitive experiences; virtual itineraries (global context) and physical itineraries (local context); speeches; behaviors; beliefs; values; interactions; interpretations; and engenderings’s of the Collectives and their interpreters. The theoretical contributions presented in the research are evidence of the proposition of multidisciplinary dialogue present in the development of all the work. This construction provides theoretical, epistemological and methodological elements, with emphasis on Cognitive Analysis (AnCo) given as a field in permanent construction, offers support for understanding the multiplicity of “multi-referential learning spaces” (EMA), reaffirming the prospect of being in front of an emergent social phenomenon: The Learning Society. And in the perspective of provoking new possibilities for understanding knowledge, the Science and Theory of Networks, with the Analysis of Social and Complex Networks and Semantic Networks that made it possible to confront data and analyzes for modeling the knowledge processed by and at the intersection of these frameworks. The production of epistemic sets was obtained by collecting data from Urban Social Collectives organized from a digital repository. The collection of excerpts -digital clippings of collective self-descriptions: self-declarations. The epistemics sets were analyzed, from the modeling of the Networks as one of the possible paths, among so many others that may exist, in search of possible interfaces, connections and intersections through Science and Theory of Networks traversed by Cognitive Analysis, which takes CSU's self-declarations, as knowledge production, which allowed an analysis of plural expression. The Cognitive Analysis identifies the Networks as prospecting the analysis in multidimensions, in which the transversality is presented as a reference attribute, through the complexity and the multi-referentiality.

  • Pressure injuries are wounds caused by reduced blood circulation for constant and repetitive periods when pressing the human body against a hard surface. It is a pathology that needs daily preventive care and health promotion to avoid incidences. This problematic motivated the thesis investigative question: How to assist wheelchair users to perform their daily activities to prevent pressure injuries? Starting from the hypothesis that gamified collaborative practices support the daily’s activities performance to prevent pressure injuries through the interaction between wheelchair users in a scenario that mixes social networks and games. Thus, the objective was to propose a gamified collaborative practices’ model that contribute to pressure injuries’ prevention through interaction between wheelchair users. The methodological contribution was Design Science fulfilling all the scientific rigor defined by the Design Science Research method in the artifact’s design. Thus, the model was developed and to validate it, a prototype was created, adhering to its premises, making it available on Android and iOS platforms a mobile devices application called ColaborAtiva. The software was validated by 13 judges who focused on features and usability (System Usability Scale - SUS) and in a second version, it was evaluated by 16 wheelchair users who aims at usability (SUS), user experience (User Experience Questionnaire - UEQ) and ability to promote the system (Net Promoter Score - NPS), Besides to creating a collaboration network using the interactions that occurred during the application’ use. The judges considered that the system’s functionalities were adherent to the proposed model and rated SUS with 73 on its scale [0-100] as well to making significant application’s contributions to corrections and improvements. Wheelchair users rated the APP with 73.28 for SUS, on the UEQ benchmark scales they rated the CollaborAtiva with concepts: excellent (efficiency, control, stimulus and innovation), good (attractiveness) and above average (transparency) and in NPS obtained 62.5%. Besides, they provided suggestions and criticisms to contribute to the software’s improvement and to legitimize that gamification positively interfered in collaborative practices’ execution. It is noteworthy that the collaboration network generated a complete graph demonstrating that the communication within it reached its maximum level, showing that the practices performed were shared among peers to create involvement, bonding, commitment in addition to emotional support. At the end of this research, based on the results presented, it’s possible to state that the gamified collaborative practices model contributes to the prevention of pressure injuries. In addition, it is possible to generalize it to apply to other pathologies that require continuous health care such as: diabetes, mental illness, heart disease, addictions, multiple sclerosis, cancer, among others, maximizing its purpose.

  • The present research seeks to understand the interaction established between the knowledge of a community of settlers of agrarian reform in the State of Bahia and the community of technicians and specialists of INCRA - National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform, whose practices cover both tacit and explicit. Such an approach will be based on the assumption that, through dialogue, interaction and dissemination of knowledge between the parties, as well as recognition and appreciation of both knowledge, it is possible to lay the foundations for the creation of an integrated, collective, collaborative and contextualized knowledge, contributing also to the orientation of solidarity in guiding the relationship between a community of settlers (in this work, Terra Vista community) and INCRA. The interest in the research is related to the experience of this author in INCRA, in its relation with the citizen who seeks the autarky and with the settlers of agrarian reform, who are in a relation of interdependence with the organ in function of the services that he provides . The locus of this research is the electronic governance resource (e-GOV) of the INCRA called the Citizenship Room and the Terra Vista Settlement, chosen for its singularity, represented in its degree of development as a community, and in the uses of some practices of knowledge management. The Citizenship Room, in which a large part of the demands of the citizens and settlers is processed, has potential of efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness as a channel of communication between the subjects researched in the process of interaction of the knowledge of the technicians and the settlers. The purpose of this thesis is to understand how knowledge interacts, considering the Citizenship Room as a possible mediator of the relationship between a community of land reform settlers and INCRA. The methodology adopted for the research allows to classify the research as qualitative of an exploratory nature. Considering also the establishment of methods, techniques and criteria, it can be affirmed that this is also a descriptive research, considering the study, analysis and interpretation of the data collected. It also presents a theoretical-empirical approach, insofar as its analysis is based on bibliographical, documentary and field research. Scientific and empirical knowledge will be used primarily in this research. Participant observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, document analysis, recordings and registration of photographic images, as well as information extracted from the INCRA website and obtained from the Terra Vista Settlement will also be used. As a result, it is expected to demonstrate an environment model that fosters the dialogue, integration, production and diffusion of knowledge between INCRA and the Terra Vista community, circulating through this space several knowledge, valuing common knowledge, learning, the meetings and the creation of bonds, promoting an evolution in the integration of the community in the transforming and critical action of the processes of the organ during the flow of knowledge diffusion.

Thesis (Multiinstitutional and Multidisciplinary Doctorate in Dissemination of Knowledge) - Faculty of Education, Federal University of Bahia, Salvador, 2020.ABSTRACT

This thesis aims to study the relationship between Meditation, Knowledge and Sustainability through Cognitive Analysis. Its problem arises in the discussions and challenges concerning the knowledge society, considering principles of the Earth Charter and the Sustainable Development Goals, in the light of the Royal Way - Raja Yoga according to Swami Vivekananda. The general objective is to understand the relationship between meditation, knowledge and sustainability in interaction where these three aspects are evidenced in the practices instituted and disseminated by organizations through their activities as spaces for interlocution with the field of Cognitive Analysis experienced as a bridge between worldviews highlighting the peculiar multi-referentiality and complexity. The investigation was configured as a basic research with a qualitative approach, using dialectics and participant and non-participant observations as a method, making it possible to coexist in weekly, monthly and annual activities with the institutions, emphasizing the exploratory nature of the research in dialogue with authors that support our research. theoretical framework as Paulo Freire's Critical Consciousness, Maturana with the Biology of Knowing, Knowledge of Knowledge by Morin, Kapra and the Network as a new system, Polany Knowledge as development of man and the assumptions of the Raja Yoga Philosophy of Vivekananda. As a result, we find that the phenomena of meditation, knowledge and sustainability do not always present themselves in a related way in practice, or in teaching in some institutions. However, we realize that in institutions whose practices are based on Vedic culture, there tends to be a greater emphasis on the inseparability between the three phenomena, conceiving the meditation process as knowledge itself, and sustainability as its result. Raja Yoga Meditation consists of remembering yourself as an infinitesimal being, of your entire journey and of God. Original knowledge based on the virtues and powers that every being has.

  • This study deals with the effects of academic productivism on the doctoral trajectories of students in the Interdisciplinary area, and its main objective was to understand how and why academic productivism affects the freedom of students inserted in the strictosensupostgraduate programs in the Interdisciplinary area in Brazil. To achieve the objective of the thesis, a qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory research was developed, advancing towards the explanatory research, adopting bibliographic, documentary and field survey procedures, using the content analysis method. The locus of the research was constituted by three postgraduate programs of the interdisciplinary scientific field, towhich students are linked, attending the Doctorate. The methodology diversified the data collection instruments to better surround the object of study. In this sense, in the first moment, a study on (1) Hannah Arendt's political philosophy and (2) academic productivism was carried out. Then, a survey was carried out on the Capes standardizing documents for the Interdisciplinary area and the investigated postgraduate programs. And, finally, we sought to observe the perception of students of the programs studied in relation to the effects of academic productivism on student activities, through the application of semi-structured interviews. For purposes of analysis, five Arendtian concepts were adopted as conceptual categories (1) Freedom; (2) Thought; (3) Knowledge; (4) Homo Faber; (5) Exchange Market. I believe that the training providedin the strictosensupostgraduate programs in Capes Area 45, is very similar to the training of the homo faber researcher. A study designed to collaborate in the understanding of Capes' scientific policy on the functioning of the Interdisciplinary scientific field, an evaluation area recently created within the scope of Capes and which still does not have in-depth studies on the perception of students about its guidelines. Finally, I understand that the issue of freedom has been taking place as a treasure, whose map was lost, thus almost forgotten, as if the rules were so clear that they did not constitute an object of questioning. This topic is necessary in the scientific agenda of researchers from all fields and, especially, those who work in the interdisciplinary field. Here, my objective was to analyze academic productivism based on its effects on the students’ production, and it seems that these subjects are not considered in the discussions on the directions of the scientific policy of Brazilian postgraduate studies, even though they only make sense if there is a student body.

    ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to build a protocol for the dissemination of knowledge for the Center of Research in Education and Regional Development (CPEDR) of the University of the State of Bahia (UNEB) that includes the population from the countryside and slums, domestic women, quilombolas (Brazilian maroon descendants), indigenous people and the less fortunate, and takes account of human emancipation, appropriation of knowledge and promotes regional development. CPEDR, a network that develops actions along with UNEB, a multi-campus university, articulates with 24 campuses and 29 departments, all of which have a research center. This university acts interdisciplinary: teaching, research and extension. The departments are distributed among 23 municipalities, which in turn encompass 19 of the 27 Identity Territories in the State of Bahia. UNEB’s university extension currently reaches 19 Identity Territories. In order to achieve this goal, we have sought justification related to the problem: How can the dissemination of knowledge in the CPEDR network contribute to human emancipation and appropriation of knowledge, and promote regional development jointly with UNEB? We analyzed the perceptions of experienced professionals working with people from the countryside and poor urban outskirts about the dissemination of knowledge. The research also involved perceptions of egresses and lecturers from the DMMDC; participants of “café difusor, in FACED” and “café científico”, thinking about regional research and development in the CPEDR"; documents, theses and field notes, from a qualitative approach. We conclude that the CPEDR Network has experience in knowledge generation, research group incubation, information dissemination and knowledge diffusion, inside and outside the University limits, using the Multi/Inter/Transdisciplinary approach. It contributes to regional development, as a process of personnel training, through research. It is gradually developing experience in diffusion among indigenous population. It needs to develop actions, together with the research groups, to improve the internal articulation of the Center. It is necessary to build a protocol or methodology for the diffusion of knowledge that takes into account human emancipation and the appropriation of knowledge, together with the departments and research centers, and that promotes regional development in a broader way. Also, to create, together with the departments, a professional master's degree in regional development focusing on knowledge dissemination and community development, research groups and scientific initiation projects aimed at knowledge dissemination; to expand the number of qualified employees; to act together with promotion institutions, aiming at financial resources for the diffusion and popularization of science and technology; and to dialogue with UNEB about autonomy to manage the budget destined to the Center. The bottleneck of the CPEDR network is in the non-appointment of a official director; in the reduced staff; in the unavailability of financial resources and of autonomy to use them.

  • The object of this study is the relationship between Organizations, Complex Adaptive Systems and Learning. It starts with a question: is it possible to establish a relationship between organizations, complex adaptive systems and learning? To answer it and to formulate conclusions, a bibliographic and autobiographical research was carried out, considering that the thematic cut made by the researcher was related to her professional experience as a specialized educator in organizational environments. The study theme is relevant to the organizational and educational field, and the unprecedented theoretical investigation aimed to analyze these themes, emphasizing the conceptual and historical dimensions, identifying their limits and possibilities. The multi-referential analysis allowed combinations between the theoretical framework and the researcher's experience, to develop the design of the intended relationships. The qualitative approach guided the investigative process, which reflects on the bibliographic research. Its relational elaborations answer the matrix question and present its limits and possibilities, among them sociocognition. Scientific communication was written based on the relationships established between theoretical framework and the researcher's experience, generating a proper and appropriate text.

  • This study relates Riobaldo's Discourse in 'Grande Sertão: veredas', by Guimarães Rosa, with the work of the Spanish philosopher Maria Zambrano, highlighting, from that, the notion of 'Poetic Reason'. Starting from aspects common to both works, such as the criticism of dualistic rationalism, we emphasize, on one hand, the philosophical-poetic feature of Riobaldo's Discourse, central character and narrator of the novel, and, on the other hand, the relationship not always harmonious, according to Maria Zambrano, between thought and poetry in the Western tradition, reported to Plato. From the Discourse of the character/narrator Riobaldo, understood as representative of the cosmovision of its creator, we emphasize, the notions of 'matter-that-pours', 'backwoods-world' and 'human man'. Finally, from Maria Zambrano, we approach 'poetic reason' and the idea of a 'knowledge about the soul' to discuss 'the Pact of Riobaldo with the Devil' in the perspective of the criticism to the rationalism of platonic or cartesian bias, predominant in our tradition.

  • The selection of appropriate investment option is a hard work, and depend on the situation it may shows undesirable results. There is no unanimity on how the investors should make their decisions, although the finance theory claims that the rational investor normally is looking for diversification in order to minimize the risk for specific level of expected earnings. According to the Modern Portfolio Theory, better results could be obtained by assets international diversification. Therefore, when new methods with new variables are developed and added to the knowledge previously experienced, this fact may promotes changes in the construction process for other new understanding. In order to contribute with new portfolio models analysis, this work aimed to comprehend the dynamics of stock indexes over time through the measurement of network indexes. At the same time this study aimed to identify a pattern through gains and risks records arising from the creation of a combined method to achieve optimization in investment portfolios. Time series analysis of stock market data were performed for the last 17 years. The results have showed that the selection of stock indexes, which have lowers networks indexes, have been shown as the most conservative decision, with more stable gains and lowers risks. The studies are showing consistent results for the Indegree indexes, that indicate how many connections are arriving for specific stock index, considering the graph as directed. In other words, the stock market indexes included at first quartile of Indegree indexes should be less influenciable by financial market oscillations. Then, these stock market indexes may be low risk assets, and at the same time, they may suffer fewer impacts in financial crisis scenarios, even in a highly volatile market, to be in line with investors that do not like risks.

  • This thesis presents a way of understanding the relation between intuition, intelligence and language, seeking to construct the concept of intuition as faculty of the spirit or mode of consciousness, and reflect on its implications in the construction and diffusion of knowledge. Starting from lakatiana methodology, in which the problem was the difficulty of expression of intuition, the following hypotheses were unfolded: a) Intuition is a mute faculty, it needs the intelligence to communicate; b) There is a trade between intuition and intelligence; c) Language is the exchange currency of intelligence. Poetry, like music, communicates intuition. In this sense, the main goal of this research was to find paths in language to represent intuition. Considering intuition as a fundamental human faculty in the creation and diffusion of knowledge, this research seeks in the metaphysics of Bergson, Kant and Schopenhauer to signal some theoretical and methodological bases, that allow the representation of intuition to facilitate the diffusion of intuitive knowledge. The work is presented in tragic format due to the drama of the incommunicability of the intuition before a discursive intelligence. Poetry is presented as a way to apprehend the intuition due to the plasticity that the word acquires in the poetic text. Therefore, a method was created that mixes poetic text with philosophical analysis forming a hybrid representation to be able to express the intuition. In addition, this thesis proposes the perdurância as characteristic of the intuitive way.

  • This doctoral dissertation aims at describing and analysing the (New) Program More Education`s discourse. The main assumption is that this Program turns out to be a way to govern students subjects nowadays. The starting point which support the initial quest is: How the student subject that undergo an integral education formation is objectified within the scope of this (New) Program More Education discourse? Based in concepts such as governmentality and dispositive elaborated by Michel Foucault, this doctoral dissertation analyses how the (New) Program More Education becomes a governmentalization both for individuals and for Brazilian society as a whole. Listed as specific objectives are: a) to identify and to describe strategies and practices that allowed the Program to act productively over the students subjects; b) to describe how these mechanisms operate by producing what types of subjects; c) to describe and to analyse the different knowledge (competencies, skills, values, aptitudes) and experiences that are acknowledged as valid to operate the program. This doctoral dissertation shows that a singular dispositive – the intersection one – by acting on schools spaces as intersection practices, based on longer journeys, whenever linked to other contemporaries dispositive, such as the media`s pedagogic dispositive, contributes decisively for the building of a provident cautious quiet subject. To invest on students subjects trying to develop their capacities, skills, aptitudes so that in the future they may self-govern themselves is a way to manage social risk thus contributing for the State to attain the least social cost for overcoming social problems.

  • This thesis analyzes the scenic configurations of the “samba de roda” in the Recôncavo Baiano and how these representations are transmitted and disseminated communally, observing their multiple historical, artistic/cultural, community, and pedagogical interrelations, having as a reference the voices and performances of “sambadeira” women. Through making use of a narrative based on the cinematic language of the film scripts, the samba scenes are detailed through the movement of cameras, starting off from three aspects of its symbolic terrain: Clothing, Sonorities and Movement, fueled by life stories and stories from 20 “sambadeiras” and other actors and actresses from the “samba roda” scenario. The thesis also deals with two projects for the diffusion of “samba de roda”: The first one is the production of 12 videos of interviews with “sambadeiras” which will be posted on a YouTube channel under the name of "Sambadeiras do Recôncavo da Bahia". The second project is “Circulando com Mulheres do Samba de Roda”, which involved a performatic circle of talk among 15 “sambadeiras”, and which happened in nine different municipalities located between the states of Bahia, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. In order to aim at these objectives, the study was carried out under a qualitative approach, based on the principles of ethnocenology and multireferentiality, using several methodological resources such as: bibliographic research; documentary; participant and collaborative observation; interviews; sound records and photography. The analysis of the various clothing costumes has led to the understanding that they bring historical, religious and cultural information that keeps the memory of confrontation, belonging, resistance and overcoming, as well as passing through questions of status and prestige. The performative aesthetics of the “samba de roda from the Recôncavo Baiano are not limited to gesture, dance or music itself. They are a complex system of self-perception and perception of the other, where movement, playfulness, musicality, theatricality and creativity are conjugated along with the ambience and relations of sociability. The study of the rhythmic tap dance of some “sambadeiras”, along with later transcription for musical notation, pointed to the lack of a single pattern of the step known as "miudinho" that differs according to the style practiced by the samba community and to the individual perceptions of the samba practitioners. The transmission of samba de roda is done through observation, perception and, above all, coexistence, understanding the style and rules of the community. The textual content of some songs revealed gender issues, marked by patriarchy and preserved by tradition. The two diffusion projects discussed in the last chapter of the thesis show the empowerment of teachers and reveal their struggles as women, the way they see “samba de roda” and express themselves through it. From their testimonies, the study brings three challenges for the permanence of the groups and diffusion of the samba de roda: the lack of dissemination in the media; devaluation of works by public and private event organizers, with payment of small and unequal wages, in relation to musical groups from outside the region; and the lack of municipal, state and federal public policies that allow material gains for the people who make the “samba de roda”. The thesis also highlights the importance and protagonism of the women of samba de roda in the organization of traditional memory, organization of events, as well as in the configuration of their essential scenic procedures.

  • The following thesis is related to the study of afrobrazilian religions. It reflects the religious experiences produced in the Irmão Carlos Umbanda Center, located in the rail suburbs, at Salvador (Bahia/Brazil), where the Umbandists’ way of life were daily observed. Thus, the aim of this investigation is to understand how the Umbandists of the Irmão Carlos Umbanda Center produce their way of life. In this sense, the study constitutes itself in a qualitative research, through the ethnographic method, once this method translates the logics, ritualistcs and practices of the researched Center leading us to a dense description of this web of meanings of the investigated group. The tools for the data gathering were the participant observation, which activities were registered in a field diary, along with semi structured interviews, photographs, and visitations to other Umbanda Centers, with the objective of comprehending the singularities of the cult space. It was considered the dual belonging of been a researcher and a native in the research environment. The historical and cultural dynamics that culminated in the Umbandist religion were described; it has been dimensioned the founding myth of Umbanda and the singular narratives that gave origin to the researched Center. The ritualistic practices, the knowledge and sense which forge the Umbandists’ way of living experienced by them were also presented. The results point towards the necessity of acknowledging the peculiarities of each cult spaces of the Umbandas, for the singular model of narrative about this religion silences the multiplicity of practices and rites that constitutes its territory. In the research, it was observed that the investigated Umbanda’s lifestyle acts from a sensitive reasoning which breaks the apogee of intellectuality, overflows from the body, opens itself to the spontaneous, to the intuitive, to the invisible; and roots itself in ancestral reasons that reinvents the ethical grounds of living. The way of life of Umbanda is based on a series of practices and acts, which assures the deliverance from imbalances, which hurt the cult adepts’ routines. This way, the researched Umbanda builds itself from an stylistic of the existence, founded in the self care, care of the others, and care of ancestry

  • The law 9985/2000 regulates the National System of Conservation Unit (SNUC) instrument of public policy for the conservation of biodiversity in Brazil. The objective of the research is to generate a model of cognitive analysis that characterizes the processes and cognitive methodologies for the production/construction of knowledge in conservation units. Research has as a research thesis that the conflicting interests of the uses of biodiversity conservation units promote different processes of production/construction, dissemination and knowledge management on the national system of units of Conservation. We defined as a hypothesis of research that the absence and/or inefficiency of a dialogical system of representation of knowledge that explains the singularities of the production/construction, dissemination and knowledge management about the SNUC in spaces with conflicts of use Has induced the inefficiency of public policies of the environment in Bahia for the conservation of biodiversity. The research develops an investigation on the production/construction, dissemination and knowledge management of the national System of Conservation Units (SNUC), from two biases of studies with two geographic scales of observation. The first is a case study on the state ecological station of Wenceslau Guimarães (EEEWG) whose purpose is to study how the production/construction of knowledge about conservation is processed and produced in the Management Board of the station in the municipality of WG. The second constitutes a theoretical study on the academic production about the SNUC. The theoretical-epistemological structure is based on polylogic and multireferenceality to subsidize in the research the discussions about the production/construction, dissemination and management of knowledge based on the concepts of transdisciplinarity, complexity and Cognitive analysis. The research develops from two axes of questions. The first refers to the global scale of research, seeking to identify in the academic production, the matrices of knowledge about the SNUC. The second, in the local scale, elaborated to identify how the construction and dissemination of knowledge about the SNUC in the Managing Council contributes to the management of EEEWG. The methodology is based on qualitative research, with philosophical input from phenomenology and hermeneutics to develop research in the two geographic scales described. Thus, the research originated two products. The first is the identification of the matrices of knowledge in the trilogy production/construction, diffusion and knowledge management on UCs. The second in creating a model of cognitive perception of knowledge in managerial councils to assist in the management of biodiversity conservation units. Nuclear assumptions for the development of the cognitive analysis of the knowledge construction on the SNUC from the cognitive analysis. The dialogic of cognitive analysis is simultaneously a model of analysis and representation in the research on the construction of knowledge about the SNUC. The result of the research showed that in order to build knowledge for the conservation of biodiversity, it is necessary to develop an intersociety conjuncture for the institutional mobilization for the development, a set of mobilization Social and intergovernmental, orchestrated by the UC Management Board for the development of a regional biodiversity conservation program that enables the development of the human condition for the conservation of biodiversity.

  • The proposal of the research The power to kill and the refusal to die: Afrodiasporic Philopoética as Archipelago of Liberation part of the restlessness to map the necropolítica as a political project of the imaginary. The thought without landscape and the imagination without image legitimize the politics of death against the black-African population. In the course of establishing a critical and creative reading of the project of the power to kill as imaginary, dialogue is established with literature, precisely, the book The Fourth Century, by Édouard Glissant, in relation to his philosophical thought. In order to make the voyage in the creole sea in opaque drift, it is intended, at first, to analyze the debate about the conflict "power to kill" and the "refusal to die" addressed by Achille Mbembe. The research approaches the theoretical contribution of the philosophical thought of martinian Glissant and African philosophies, in order to investigate the echo of the imaginary of violence and, finally, to argue the perspective of the filopoetics in the archipelago of the liberation in drift in the afrodiasporic landscapes.

  • This Phd thesis entitled Gingando on the Kalunga line: Capoeira Angola, Engolo and building of ancestrality, was carried out within the framework of the Multi-Institutional and Multidisciplinary Doctorate in Knowledge Dissemination (DMMDC) and deals with the Engolo myth. Engolo is a martial and ritual practice encountered in Southern Angola, which practitioners and researchers believe to be one of the possible origins of capoeira in Brazil. The thesis attempts to problematize the effects of this myth, which powers the propulsion engine of African ancestrality within capoeira Angola in Bahia, and tries to reveal the social effects of its impact on the community of capoeira Angola practitioners.
Our point of departure are the engravings of the Luso-Angolan artist and researcher Neves de Sousa, who painted engolo and revealed details of its practice in his encounter with the folklorist Câmara Cascudo, which resulted in an exchange of information and letters, which we reveal in this thesis. A similar encounter also happened between the painter and Mestre Pastinha, the creator of capoeira angola, possibly in the same period. From these elements, we attempt to revisit the practice of engolo in our journeys to Angola, carrying out research in the years 2006 to 2015 which resulted in a documentary film entitled “Body Games”.

  • This study deals with Songs and Semantic Networks. It is intended to demonstrate how Infocanção - model of song analysis based on click-based semantic networks with science and technology content - contributes to the dissemination and diffusion of knowledge in the promotion and circulation of the most diverse meanings. The prominence and profusion of larger amounts of content was evident when using this model. From the semantic networks of clicks, it is found that in relationship networks, in relationships web there is an eruption of corpus of analysis with greater possibilities of evaluations and inferences. Therefore the objective of this study is to elaborate a computational modeling that helps in the process of identification of these narratives, their consonances and dissonances, revealing multiple perspectives, fundamental assumption for the propagation of knowledge. The model considers some properties of complex and social networks, specifically word frequency, medium degree, intermediation, modularity and, consequently, communities, besides the approximation of the Varying Graphs (TVG). As data sources, phonographic records of Gilberto Gil's work were listed, providing a survey of the composer's main songs that translated science from 1967 to 2018. Sixty-seven (67) albums and a selection of more corpus of study were inspected, detailed song composed of seventy (70) songs with themes on science and technology. The songs were grouped and analyzed within cycles named with song titles of the composer himself at different times: Futurible Cycle from 1967 to 1980; Parabolicamar Cycle from 1981 to 1996 and Quanta Cycle from 1997 to 2018. Parameters of analysis emerged as a way of evaluating this representation of knowledge within a career of more than fifty years: SIDE A OF SONG - Content Analysis and SIDE B OF SONG - Network Analysis. The calculated index values of the networks indicate that the networks have characteristics of small world and scale free networks, such topologies lead us to believe that the semantic network of song clicks is very efficient for represent knowledge, supporting the perception and dissemination of not so evident concepts. Community studies help to determine in greater detail, which makes it possible to understand that the analysis of click-based semantic networks makes it possible to study large groups of songs, in addition to expanding the identification of words and their dynamics within networks, interactions, relationships and importance. There is a finding that the science images proposed by Gilberto Gil's music favor scientific dissemination, helping to form a scientific culture in Brazil.

  • This study is characterized by an investigative search of a phenomenological and exploratory nature on the processes of knowledge production in contemporary times that, in the light of philosophy, intends to bring together the maximum possibility and diversity of elements in the explanation-understanding of the phenomenon that is connection between the three areas of knowledge proposed by Deleuze - Art, Science and Philosophy. We sought to create, articulate, understand and describe how Music dialogues with technology and electronics in the creation of an experimental sound prototype, inspired by the assumptions of Interactive Art, which brings together body movement, sound and light in the expansion of phenomenological perception (Merleau Ponty) about making music in contemporary times. The general objective was the creation of a sound prototype and its dense description „Ÿ epistemic, phenomenological and empirical „Ÿ from the assumptions of Philosophy, Art and Science and interactive Art. The methodology used was, according to the understanding that the Method etymologically suggests a path, the creation of the path followed from the concept of proper and appropriate (GALEFFI), in the sense that, as an explanatory and phenomenological research, it creates a singular (proper), but adequate and rigorous (appropriate) route when observed the relationship between object, concepts, empiricism and description of emerging phenomena. The obtained results are divided in two, since the sound prototype will be used later, fruit of the integration between the students of the graduate program, in another investigative work, which characterizes a contribution to the scientific community. The creation of concepts and the theoretical-conceptual approach on the link between the areas of knowledge, the creation of the prototype, the reflection on the contemporary production of knowledge, the possible developments for the area of education and the future possibilities and limitations of the prototype make up also the results achieved.

  • Feminist Critical Theories has reported the androcentric view in sciences and several fields of knowledge for a long time. In 2009, we noticed this commom vision in the exhibition entitled CIÊNCIA COM DENDÊ - nomes da ciência na Bahia, ontem e hoje”, which took place at the Museu de Ciência e Tecnologia - Museu de C&T, na cidade de Salvador-Ba. The exhibition was about the prominent male researchers from Bahia, whose research mainly focused on the field of Celebration of National Week of Science and Technology. It also had the visitors from several public schools. Once observed the explicit invisibility of female production, we decided to create a catalog in which there is a promotion of the knowledge created by female researchers from Bahia. This thesis aims to evidence the importance of female productions, specifically the life and work of Teresinha Fróes Burnham, woman from Bahia, biologist, professor at the Federal University from Bahia, and a great representative in the educational scenario of Bahia. This dissertation is considered to be a literary thesis, once it ventures to present the narrative of early years, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, as well as her academic works. It is pertinent to expose that this research was made in collaboration with Teresinha Fróes Burnham biography, thus she is introduced as a person and a researcher bound to her subjectivity.Refering to her scientific production legacy, a comprehension view was applied to her main concepts, emphasizing Cognitive Analysis and Multi-referentility.

  • The present study, entitled "The Back and forth of Knowledge in the Crossing of Insurgent Bodies at the IFBA Seabra Campus: "...paths that have large spines...in front of them has a beautiful little garden" is a cartography of the relationship between the knowledge and ethnic-racial practices of the traditional quilombolas communities, the subjects and the Federal Institute of Science and Technology Education of Bahia, Seabra Campus, in the territory of Chapada Diamantina. In order to understand how this knowledge is related to each other, exploratory searches were carried out on the Institute's site, from where actions and five teaching, research and extension projects emerged that bring together the IFBA, the insurgent bodies in an affirmative crossing and the ethnic-racial knowledge and practices of these communities. By observing and participating in these actions, interviewing the subjects and talking collectively in conversation circles with teachers, students and some communities, in addition to building field notes from an experience within these spaces, it was possible to identify the emergence of educational territories, active spaces that constitute the back and forth of knowledge that occurs in these crossings. The study evidenced, from the form of organization and the knowledge and doings in the projects, crossed by the actions of the subjects in affirmative crossing, the Black Weeks as the educational territory potentiating the other projects that are organized as "quilombos", a complex and multi-referential network in the territory of the IFBA. By mapping these actions it was possible to identify what was called in the epistemological incoherence thesis between the traditional way of managing knowledge and the emergence of a network of solidarity among the actors that promote the coming and going of this knowledge in the educational territories. The insurgent bodies in their Affirmative Action crossings, linked by the projects are creating zones of edge, epistemological borders, facing and re-existing against the various systems of oppression that are articulated in an intersectional way, generating back and forth of knowledge that destabilize the hierarchical and colonial form of production and dissemination of knowledge in science and technology in interacting with the territory.

  • This work studied the dissemination of traditional knowledge of candomblé through different digital platforms dedicated to the circulation and dissemination of the content of the Afro-diaspora religious universe, by us called cyberaxé. In this cyberspace, it is shared religious experiences of the African matrix created in Brazil. The content is disseminated in the format of images, sounds, texts, and videos, (the bonds of this network), between adherents and sympathizers (The "us" of this network) connected in a new ambiance of exchanges and coexistences. In cyberaxé it has access to religious services, photos and videos of rituals, of adherents, food, sacred objects and clothing, spaces for interaction between adepts and sympathizers to exchange knowledge of worship, in denunciation and combating violence and intolerances suffered. This research used virtual ethnography on the Facebook platform, more specifically in a group, whose participants are dedicated to the dissemination of exclusive content of cyberaxé. Based on specific criteria of cognitive analysis, the posts of five members of this group were analyzed. Besides, a Digital Influencer was chosen who not only deals with themes from the universe of cyberaxé; she also includes in her posts, situations of racism, sexism and other sociocultural problems experienced by black populations. The procedures for discourse analysis and semiology linguistic and non-linguistic targeting signs were applied to them. The theoretical perspective is based on authors dedicated to analyses of socio-cultural transformations, as well as the meanings imbued with the productions of black populations in Diasporas; In addition to reflections on the impacts of virtual communication technologies on today's society, from different areas of knowledge. Thus, concepts of cyberspace, virtuality, culture, and subjectivity emerging from these discussions are put into dialogue with Exu's theoretical understanding from two perspectives: one as a symbol that represents communication via cyberspace, as being "mouth that everything eats". The other one, as thought fragments from collective and translator of an understanding of the world. The research showed that cyberaxé is a new space for the sociability and production of individual and collective subjectivity of its users. Some differentials were evidenced in the production of changes in the traditional logic of socialization and learning of sacred knowledge in candomblé communities while making room for the tensioning of cult practices considered traditional and sometimes unalterable. This implies the elaboration of new postures associated with disassembling over the territory of secrecy, implying new ways of thinking about what is public or private, as well as rereading about the sacred, seeking to involve new tensions between the youngest and oldest of these communities.

  • Human action governed by a normative ethics, guided by the Kantian categorical imperative - “act so that the principle of its action becomes universal” - is the object of analysis from the perspective of existential phenomenological philosophy, because it derives from pure reason and disregards experience. ontological being. On the other hand, moving away from normative ethics, Hans Jonas proposes a new human act based on the principle of responsibility. Human action is challenged by the planetary scale of issues that emerge from what is conventionally referred to as the "new technological civilization". For Jonas, the current nature of acting requires another, broad-ranging ethic commensurate with the power emanating from emerging technologies. It is in this perspective that the philosopher proposes a new imperative: "act in such a way that the effects of his action are compatible with the permanence of an authentic human life." Following the implications of this maxim, thinking about the formation of Natural Science teachers and the complexity that surrounds the teaching and learning processes, from a scope of multi-referential and transdisciplinary hue, requires the improvement of the theoretical basis that serves as a scientific basis, technological, ethical - to the construction of knowledge. Teacher education is a multidetermined phenomenon due to factors influenced by historical temporality such as politics, economics, society, etc. Thus, a formation for citizenship requires (re) thinking the epistemological bases and the methodological contributions that guide and support the formation. Thinking about a formation for a multicultural, globalized society that imposes innumerable transformations in the teachers&; way of being and being needs a trandisciplinary, multi-referential, ecoformative treatment that considers the dimensions of the Being in its ethical, aesthetic, experiences and subjectivities aspects. This perspective involves the development of the human dimension that considers not only knowing and knowing how to do, but which enables ethical subsidies that allow us to develop the ability to know how to be. The thesis text presented here was intended to discuss the formation of teachers from the contribution of the ethics of responsibility of Hans Jonas, to propose the “Principle of Acting in Teaching” as an educational principle based on Jonas Philosophy. This is a qualitative research, focused on the analysis of Hans Jonas Responsibility Theory and as the interpretative key of the research the authors phenomenological thinking to analyze the official documents that guide the teacher education (Common National Curriculum Base, Curriculum Parameters). Curriculum Guidelines and Pedagogical Course Projects). By answering the research problem, it was possible to bring to the discussion concepts such as “Caring”, “Taking responsibility”, “Acting”, intertwining them with the care heuristic and the responsibility heuristic, thus enabling a bonding axis between the field of formation and the axis of philosophy articulating the Principle Responsibility and Formation. From this perspective, therefore, the need for a multi-referential and transdisciplinary approach to the formation of Natural Science teachers is contemplated. Although Responsibility Theory presents some difficulty in Jonas thinking, responsibility ethics has the potential to contribute to the didactic basis of teacher education. It is important to rescue the ideal of citizenship, committed to forming ethical, critical, environmentally conscious and sustainable development individuals, able to intervene responsibly in their surroundings and thus guarantee their integrity and that of other species, as well as that of all species. the biosphere. The ethics of responsibility contributes to a discussion that goes beyond the boundaries of transformations arising from social relations, reaching questions that concern the preservation of the human essence. It is, therefore, a resizing of the boundaries between (the production and diffusion of) knowledge and teacher education.

  • This scientific research aimed to identify the Olodum Theater Band’s performance as a diffuser of knowledge of racial issues for artists and audiences with fulcrum in Erê (2015), silver Wedding assembly of this soteropolitan company of Black Theater, that shouted against young black people’s genocide. The methodology used was, as for the goals, an exploratory-descriptive research of social reality, an exploratory-descriptive research of social reality; as regarding the kind of data, the qualitative nature was chosen; as regarding data collection procedures and information sources, a bibliographic review of black authors in general was performed, documentary analysis of the dramatic text and field research for empirical data collection. For this, opted for the non-participant observation of 03 (three) rehearsals of the above-mentioned show, 18 (eighteen) semi-structured interviews with the artists were promoted and 75 (seventy-five) questionnaires were applied to the audience. The results pointed out that this theatrical group contributes daily to minimize the cognitive socio[cultural-economic-political-] segregation regarding the action-reflection binomial on racial issues by masterfully filling the huge gaps in black historiography pre, trans and post-slavery in the unbroken struggle for full citizenship.

  • The proposal of the Ecology of Self arises from the ecological perspective, from the relation between the human being and nature, from being as an expression of nature, bringing the seasons of the year, the elements of nature and human health as a resonance of the cycles of nature in the to be. Emerges in the understanding of Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health - PICS, in the epistemology of care, in its complex interrelationship with the Self. The Ecology of self, from human experience, reveals itself as an emerging path of self-consciousness living in presence, in a journey of self-knowledge and self-transformation of the human condition. Each person has his way and in the ecology of himself the proposal that brings elements that dialogue in the path of the systemic consciousness, integrated with the whole. Thus, this thesis has as a problem how the paths of change of the therapist being, from the experiences lived in the relation health-disease-care in its therapeutic itinerary, have led to an ecology of itself and effectiveness of practices - biomedical, complementary and integrative - resulting in ways of life and healthier performance? For this question we have as objective a phenomenology of the ecology of self in a path of perceptive learning in the health-illness-care relation in the trajectory of the life histories of therapists of integrative and complementary practices in health. The nature of this thesis is qualitative, in a phenomenological approach, being an applied, somatic-perfomative, descriptive and interpretive research, within a hermeneutic dialogical perspective, through the analysis of narrative reports and self-writing of life histories of practices therapists integrative and complementary in health, aiming to understand the problem studied in its complexity.

  • The research thematicises the experiences, perceptions and meanings attributed by intellectuals, blind-researchers, about the act of read, write and produce knowledge. In the light of the phenomenological method, was made a description, understanding and interpretation of the experience lived by blind-researchers in the academic context, focusing on the appropriation of reading and writing, through the Braille Code, the reader's help, the use of the spoken book and computer use. The way of thinking and doing qualitative research were associated with the phenomenological method. The choice of the collaborators obeyed the following criteria: blindness or low vision, academic training at the postgraduate level lato sensu and stricto sensu (masters and / or doctorate), teaching practice associated with the research, knowledge and use of the Braille Code, reader, spoken book and digital technologies in access to reading, writing and conducting a research enterprise. Thirteen researchers, six women and seven men were interviewed. The description is based on the principle of phenomenological reduction/epoché and eidetic reduction with a proper and appropriate saying, that is, in perspective, of the place of situated subject. The investigative peer has as reference the world-life, the perception of the sense of being-there-blind-in-the-world-with. With the conviction of the incoative and provisional character of the discourse presented in this thesis without the pretension of closing or ending, it is exposed in the last lines what is more essential was perceived in the phenomenon studied, pointing to the horizon signaled by the starting question. Through a brief closing of the reflection, a synthesis of the noetic telos is presented, whose noematic correlate reveals the blind as being-in-the-world-with, free individual, creator of the cognitive path itself, who in his existential path glimpses horizons, defines projects, carries out actions aimed at personal, professional and intellectual achievement.

  • The aesthetic experience with artistic paintings, especially by the dynamism of the information provided by this qualitative medium, assures the value of this language as a product that enables knowledges generation. This research was followed by questions as to whether an artistic painting could represent the impermanence of nature, with a focal cut in the pictorial production of the British landscape artist John Constable, dating from the late eighteenth and first half of the nineteenth century. This is considered a pertinent issue, since it can be said that common sense has been thinking of each exemplar of the art of landscape painting as representing only a single and particular moment. As a general objective, the purpose is to identify temporal aspects in Constable's artistic expression, and the thesis follows in the defense that his painting is capable of promoting intuitions of temporality, with emphasis on the impermanence of nature. The investigative method used has a speculative, descriptive, exploratory, theoretical and qualitative character. The empirical approach uses Constable's paintings, supported by biographical references and by the bibliographical research that reports to investigations on the artist's production, as well as to the criticisms published in periodicals of his time. The theoretical reference, follows several fields of knowledge. In this respect, the emphasis is given on five historical landmarks of science and philosophy about time, namely: Aristotle, Newton, Kant, Einstein, and Bergson. In addition, there is a particular interest in John Dewey's empiricism, focusing on the publication “Art as Experience” (1934). Dewey's philosophy of art contributes greatly to the body of inquiry, for it deals with the continuous flow of aesthetic experience, as a temporal sequence, which occurs both in production and in the perception of a work of art.

  • This thesis is related to the study of Early Childhood Education and gender relations, in line with Feminist Epistemologies. It reflects on the relationships established in the Municipal Center of Early Childhood Education (CMEI), in the city of Salvador, where daily experiences of children on gender relations are observed. This study aims to map the expressions / meanings of being a man and of being a woman attributed by the children themselves (03 to 05/06 years of age) in the school space / CMEI. It consists of a handcrafted work, in the sense that it was carried out with manual, mental and emotional activities of the researcher. It is a qualitative research with phenomenological and ethnocartography inspiration, having as main instruments for the collection of data: the participant observation, by which the data were recorded in field notebook and photographic record. A parallel is made in the constitution of the Children Studies with the Feminist Studies, emphasizing that the concepts of gender and sex are relevant to deal with moralities in societies in which social inequality between men and women occurs. It is emphasized that human learning is solidified from the social formation in contact with the other, ratifying that the cognition is a creative process, conceiving that the inventive cognition presents the policy of the apprentice when the learning is treated from the point of view of the invention. It is described about the concept of hermeneutic and justifies the assumption of the researcher as hermeneutic of children. Some scenes are mapped out from a dialog/dialogue of the researcher/hermeneutic experience with the children. The results indicate that children are gendered, and even when they are challenged on this topic – by the discourse of the family, the media or even the school – they resist the disciplining of their bodies, since in their experiences they prioritize what they their wishes. In the same way, children also accept ambiguities in bodies, unlike adults who seek
    binarity.

  • This study deals with the valorization and information dissemination of Terreiro Tumbenci of Congo-Angola origin, located in the Beiru neighborhood, in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, through the creation of a digital museum aiming at patrimonialization, which means unveiling towards the creation of public policies of the Afro-Brazilian heritage. The lack of organization and treatment of the collection of the Terreiro mobilized the creation of a digital museum as a space of production and reproduction of knowledge of different knows and dos related to the religiosity of the Bantos peoples. Some questions emerge from this context, such as: does the Afro-religious community of the Terreiro Tumbenci keep alive its traditions, its history, its memories and its patrimony? How to offer foundations for possible interventions and public policies for valuing Terreiro's material and immaterial assets and organize a digital museum that disseminates textual, iconographic and audiovisual collections, sharing cultural knowledge with researchers, scholars, students and the community? In response to these questions, a dialogical and interactive museum was built, detailing the historical, documentary and symbolic references that justified the importance of identifying this Terreiro as a cultural heritage of Bahia, based on a participant and ethnographic methodology, with elements of social - historical. The social relevance of this work is to give visibility to Terreiro Tumbenci, as an area of resistance of the religion and culture of the African matrix inherited from Angola, possibly from the region of Cabinda. The acquired knowledge will subsidize interventions and
public preservation policies, creating mechanisms that stimulate the role of tourism associated with the valorization of its cultural heritage in the strategy of local development, dissemination and safeguard of its collections and ancestral values.

  • Since 1988, with the promulgation of our Citizen Constitution, civil society has raised hopes and an active force for the strengthening of democratic state structures, with proposals aimed at social emancipation. In this paper, I present the case study of a concrete and collective initiative aimed at contributing to the reorientation of law and justice, making them more present and affirmative in the lives of the oppressed people. The institution embraced is the Public Defender of the State of Bahia, through its external ombudsman, considered as potentially critical and creative, to reverse inequalities and guarantee access to justice. The Ombudsman's external ombudsmen were considered, throughout the thesis, as a viable novelty in the field of popular participation in justice, coming from a civil society proposal that became mandatory after the approval of Federal Complementary Law No. 132, dated October 7, 2009. I unveil the experience from 2009, the year of the creation of the Citizens Ombudsman's Office of the Bahia Defender, until 2017, with the closing of the field actions. The research gained broad outlines with the mapping of external ombudsmen, based on the survey of the legislative base of the twenty-seven Brazilian Ombudsman Offices. Having as a theoretical and methodological contribution the pedagogies of Paulo Freire and the critical theory of law, I carried out data collection in multiple sources: sites of the 27 state Defender's offices; Organic Laws of all state Ombudsman Offices and any internal rules on the choice of the ombudsman or the ombudsman's office; documentary collection of the five processes of choice of ombudsman made available by the Bahian Ombudsman; shorthand notes from the Legislative Assembly of Bahia; and the personal collection of the researcher-incarnate, in view of my status as former ombudsman and former president of the National Ombudsman's Office of Public Defenders. As findings of the research, we verified that, although foreseen in the Organic Laws of twenty-two state Ombudsman Offices, the external ombudsmen were only 13 of them; even though no priority was given to popular participation through collegial structures to support the ombudsman or even administrative support compatible with the task. In the study of the Citizen Ombudsman's Office, we verified how the defenders and the Ombudsman's management were established over the years, with the aim of modulating popular participation in their interests, highlighting the normative adequacy strategies; reducing the scope of civil society in the choice of the ombudsman; and the emptying of the operative group as a mechanism for decentralizing popular participation.

  • This study seeks to understand how the learning process of subjects engaged in digital educational RPG game applications occurs, since the studies developed up to the present moment have evidenced the occurrence of learning but did not explain how this occurs, from this mediation with the digital RPG game. It is an innovative educational technology tool that was developed based on socio-constructivist principles and has its application also supported in these same principles, which is operationalized through a cognitive social-constructivist design. This research proposes the development and validation of a conceptual model of socioconstructivist analysis that allows us to understand how this type of game mediates the learning and cognitive construction of subjects engaged in their educational applications. The model was built through a cyclical and iterative process, characteristic of the Design Based Research (DBR) methodological approach, often adopted by studies focused on the testing and improvement of innovative learning environments. The use of this model for the analysis of dialogue records constructed between student-players and RPG masters in five cases of application of the digital educational RPG game, led us to conclude that the game-mediated learning, based on socioconstructivist, occurs through the experience of situations that are simulated by the story that composes the game, the interpretation of characters that are part of the story, problem solving and overcoming the challenges that are posed by the game, as well as by frequent decision making and definition of shares in the game. In this process, the cognitive aspects collaboration, critical thinking, imagination and co-authorship have been experienced by the subjects engaged in educational applications of the digital RPG game. Regarding the results, the study showed that in most of the application cases analyzed, the collaboration was a cognitive aspect quite experienced by the student-players. In addition, we found that in all educational applications of the digital RPG game, there was a low development of critical thinking on the part of student-players, an aspect that ratifies the need for continuous improvement of the tool, as well as the practice of mastering the digital educational RPG.

  • This research aims to analyze the regulation of street food and its implication for the subjects involved in the practices, in the social perspective. In order to approach the theme, a line of Foucaultian reasoning was constructed, dealing with the theoretical chapters of this research. It begins in the construction of the epistemology from Michel Foucault and its concepts of biopoder, heterotopic spaces and infamous men to ground the understanding in the later chapters. The line of reasoning goes on about power and its relation within the Sanitary Vigilance institution, bringing conceptions of the genealogy of its creation and development in Brazil; And in the application of the normative devices, discussed in the following chapters. Finally, the devices that encompass street food are discussed and the scene of this trade in a heterotopic space of participation of the infamous men. As a method of procedure to carry out this research, we chose a case study with multiple units of analysis, with locus in two Brazilian capitals: Salvador and Rio de Janeiro. The research has a qualitative-quantitative approach and, in terms of objectives, is exploratory evolving to descriptive. As source of evidence, it was decided by procedures: bibliographic review and documentary analysis; interview with the actors of the street food in the two capitals (professionals of the municipal and state VISA, street food traders); and systematic observation. The instruments of data collection were constructed in the form of interview script and semi-structured form, and the results were analyzed through the technique of content analysis and descriptive statistics. As results were constructed three chapters, where the first presents the convergences and divergences between the normative devices established for street food in the two cities surveyed. The documents analyzed revealed that the municipalities establish, to a certain extent, more activities focused on the requirements in the liberation of public space for the development of the activities of the street food business, as well as inspection actions, for the citations in the documents. The second chapter of the results, based on the interviews with 10 (ten) municipal and state VISA professionals from Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, showed that disciplinary techniques are aggregated in institutions; and that both municipal VISA articulate with the Secretariats of Public Order when dealing with the issue of regulation of informal food trade, with other articulation bodies depending on the interest of the controlled sector within the segment. The last chapter of results identifies the heterotopy of street food, mostly by mobile physical structure of the commercialization point: 77.8%, in Rio de Janeiro; and 88.9% in Salvador; and that they did not have a place for hand hygiene (Salvador: 88.9%, Rio de Janeiro: 77.8%). However, almost all the points had availability of water (88.9%), mainly due to the use of bottles in Rio de Janeiro. The infamous street food scouts surveyed were single women who worked for themselves. Operators in Salvador had less training in BP and / or food handling (44.5%) than Rio de Janeiro operators (66.7%). However, they were more resistant to sanitary standards of control over their personal habits and use of props used during commercialization.

  • This thesis results from a study about Cognitive Analysis and the perspective of the Cognitive Analyst's formation in the process of knowledge construction in the Multiinstitutional and Multidisciplinary Doctoral Degree in Knowledge Diffusion (DMMDC) of the Federal University of Bahia-UFBA. The purpose of this course was to investigate the contributions of the curriculum of the course to the formation of this new knowledge worker along with the graduates of the course, in the dynamics of their development, in a complex and multireferential perspective. The major challenges of the Information Society, Knowledge and Learning, which is the basis of the construction of knowledge and communication, are the foundations of a new globalized society that relies on innovation, science and technology and has the knowledge as flexible tool, ever expanding and changing. We then reflect on the training of this professional, the Cognitive Analyst. In the formative itinerary of the graduates of the course, we point out the contributions in the curricular perspective of the doctoral course for a reflective practice in the constructive process of knowledge for action in the world of work. We used as a methodological strategy the qualitative research approach under the bias of cognitive analysis and its representation in a cognitive synthesis form for the research findings. Based on the principles of Cognitive Analysis, we seek to map how the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of this formative process are presented and how they contribute to the diffusion of knowledge in today's world of work under the paradigm of complexity and multireferentiality. The results obtained in the research reveal that in the constructive process of the Formative Itinerary of the cognitive Analyst the DMMDC contributed to the opening of new ways of producing knowledge in the learning society, promoting the diffusion of knowledge in the world of work.

  • University governance and gender relations are intertwined themes so that we have
an understanding of the specificities of the management developed by the Rectors of
the State Universities of Bahia, considering their life trajectories. We have invested in
theoretical matrices on public governance and gender and we have brought Paulo
Freire and Marilena Chauí to the dialogue in order to reflect on the idea of the
University as a locus of emancipatory knowledge production, although this institution
throughout its history has reproduced in its dimensions administrative and academic,
androcentrism, classism, racism and colonialism built up in Brazilian society. In
addition to these authors, we have been discussing the State and planning the
management of public universities. With the theories of gender, facing the social
construction of the sexual division and its unfolding in the dimension of the work, we
crossbred this theme with those matrices built on university management within the
state public universities of Bahia. In the methodological way, we look at the
regiments of the universities, their Institutional Development plans and statutes and
interview the former rectors of these UEBAs. In the analysis of the material, we
identified the androcentric facet of the documents and pointed out how the
management of women is recreated and reinvented in the condition of resistance.
The findings reveal in the specificity of the governance performed by women,
competencies and procedures historically adopted by men in the development of
command functions, added to those usually naturalized for them, which differentiates
them. In addition to the sum of characteristics that places them in a place of
resistance and protagonists in the management, the erasure or the little diffusion of
the successful work of the women in the scope of the universities, it reiterates the
denial of spaces of leadership for these. Finally, in the defense of an interdisciplinary
training process of university governance with and for women, it is proposed the
development of an extension project based on the discussions put forward here, in a
dialogical way with women who hold management positions, researchers on gender
and governance, so that this thesis can be used in the creation and dynamization of
multireferential spaces of meetings and new learning capable of denouncing the
unequal and prejudiced gender relations as well as of domination that unfortunately
still supports the governance of many public universities of the Brazil.

  • This thesis is the culmination of an investigative traject called: The Iny (Karajá) at the
crossroads of the ontological horizons of being inners or outers. Around this theme, the whole intersection between worlds, cognition and culture intersects, and evidences a particular modus operandi, when these are the horizons of comprehension of life and the human experiences of the world that are subjunct to us. The entanglements of these worldviews draw on the floor of life a complex system of relationships, whose configuration denotes a traffic between cultures, sheltering in these interior a collective action of social actors countering, whose roles and performances send us to understand as a culture (or as cultures) creates its own mechanisms to understand live and exist as a world. To understand this existential game, it is essential not to lose sight of the fact that we are dealing with the interface of two cultural horizons that correspond to different visions of the world and ways of establishing oneself in
life. It is, on the one hand, the ontological horizon or the occidental culture horizon,
constituted by its code of values and interpretation of human activity in its multiple
manifestations, which is structured from a significant nucleus given the "effort of being". On the other hand, we fear or horizon of "being" being Iny (Karajá), whose epistemic matrix searches for its other references, and which does not refer to us in the region of Araguaia - North of Mato Grosso, Sul do Pará, North do Tocantins. In this territory the Iny are narrated from their ancestral origins. To comprehend this relationship between worlds, or intercultural constitution or emblematic locus, I pull the thread of these discussions, and gradually I am drawn in by the means and the adjacencies that intervene. Using this concept, drifter, prioritizing the ways in detriment of goals, the subjection-objectification operates simultaneously, in an exercise of not letting-in by rules or protocols. Thus, the concepts of culture, geoculture and interculturality are integrated to the foundations of this qualitative
research, based on the exercise of participant observation and the elaboration of field journals, research instruments that interweave the fabric of this PhD thesis. Therefore, the cartography of this writing and its reflections constituted a philosophical space / time from which echoed knowledge that took into account the epistemological mediations that informed the tensions and distensions of the cognitive processes in play in the region of Araguaia.

  • This thesis interweaves theoretical-practical relationships between creativity, the construction and the diffusion of knowledge. Its starting point is the act of creation as an active builder of micropolitical perspectives of knowledge. This multilingual work is a cartography of the creation process of the concept-work bodymage and brings up the scarce convergence between poetic, scientific and philosophical languages in the current hegemonic context of knowledge as its main problematic. Following the course of this journey, the pursued appearance of the bodymage has emerged from the
experimentation in the field of writing in its typographical, graphical, bibliographical, videographical and exhibitional design aspects through the three following strategies: Dermatheca, Poetics of adulteration and Script of sensations. This three-way strategy has contributed for the composition of the (non) philosophical video letters which were devised as a cartographic method that singularly unfolds resulting in the “sensation research”, as proposed by Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari (2010). These video letters constitute a verbiaudiovisual exercise whose epistolary interlocutor, at first, is the philosopher and professor Peter Pál Pelbart (PUC-SP); although its conversations also aim to be continued with different readers-spectators, through the Videobook that resulted as an experiment of the present thesis, along with the Manual of how to think another thought. As unfolding results, there are also: Collection (in press), Memorial letters, the exhibition design CO TATO and the online version of Videobook. The craftship in operation in order to manufacture this inventions has questioned several modes of knowledge organization, besides the traditional disciplinary one – from ‘multi’, ‘cross-‘ and ‘inter’ going as far as ‘transdisciplinarity’ itself –, proposing the use of the term post-disciplinarity as a disruption of the constraint imposed by the notion of discipline (even within all its variations) from which an anti-disciplinary perspective is devised and will serve as the basis for the post-disciplinary approach. Thus, this thesis exposes more than an epistemic project. It takes a post-disciplinary attitude causing it to be accomplished as an act of creation and academic research, and, in doing so, emphasizes its ethical-aesthetical dimension. In face of such provocative scenario in relation to the conditions of institutionalization of knowledge, the questions: 'what is bodymage' and 'how it is constituted' precede the necessary inquiry: What can
bodymage do? In asserting such necessity, the conclusion of the thesis is a dermal relationship with the poetic word: bodymage is its own skin, the image which appears in the body of writing.

  • The Regional Museum, created, in 1967, by initiative of the journalist and businessman Assis Chateaubriand, has played an important sociocultural role in the city of Feira de Santana. The characteristics of its art collection, which is constituted by distinct collections, one that involves expressive works connected to artistic vanguards, in Brazil and abroad, and the other one, which is focused on the regional culture, have played a fundamental role in the creation of artistic sensibilities and in the preservation of identity references of the Sertão’s people. The general objective of this work is to investigate how the artistic, educational and cultural mediations of the Regional Museum of Feira de Santana have contributed for the dissemination of knowledge and visual artist training of Feira de Santana, between 1967 and 1995. With this purpose, it identifies, specifically, the art collection (divided by collections) which gave rise to the Regional Museum; some visual artists, whose formation was influenced by the presence of the Regional Museum; and interrelationships that the Regional Museum has established with local cultures and, in particular, with visual artists, emphasizing the elements that have characterized the dialogue between tradition and innovation of artistic forms. The time frame observes the opening year of this museum, in 1967, and the transference of the art collection to the University Center of Culture and Art, in 1995. The qualitative descriptive research was used as a methodological strategy, whereas it involves a multiplicity of approaches related to the social sciences, in which know-how and policies associated to the production of knowledge are connected. The methodological procedures involve compilation and identification of the art collection, documentary research in archives and semi-structured interviews to point out the influences of the Regional Museum in the formation of the following artists: Caetano Dias, Carlo Barbosa, César Romero, Graça Ramos, Guache Marques and Juraci Dórea. Initially, this work investigates the historical scenarios and the political and cultural connections that became possible the advent of the Regional Museum in Feira de Santana. After that, it analyzes the role of museums in contemporary times, points out the affinities between the museum proposals of Lina Bo Bardi and Eurico Alves Boaventura and studies about the initial art collection. Finally, it presents the argument that shows the meaning of artistic works for the knowledge construction and analyzes, after interviewing the mentioned artists, the contents and aesthetic motivations provided to them by the Regional Museum, in the following period
    of its establishment, in 1967.

  • This research reports about the significant learning about the concepts of electric energy, anchored in the subsumes existing in the cognitive structure of the students, starting from the previous ideas about electric energy, wind energy and nuclear energy. The objective of this research is to evaluate the potentiality of previous ideas in meaningful learning about the transformation of wind and nuclear energy into electrical energy in southwestern of Bahia. The research, based on a qualitative perspective, was developed in two high schools from the public governement. The methodology used consisted of two instruments of data collection with the students, semistructured as an interview, at the beginning and at the end, after the development of the electric concepts, as described in the sequence. The initial interview was necessary to collect the previous ideas and the final interview, with the same questions, aimed to know the concepts that were constructed. The other instrument was the construction of a conceptual map to analyze the hierarchy of concepts learned. The results showed that, when teaching process occurs anchored in the subsumes, the learning process gains meaning, giving a new structuring to the ideas and extending the existing concepts. The individual interview and the construction of the conceptual maps evidenced how much the present subsumes are idiosyncratic, confirming that the concept constructed depends very much on this conceptual basis, which was observed by the constructed knowledge. The development of the research it can be observed that the presence of the electric parks in the region, promoted the construction of ideas in the students, who never have gone to any of the parks, because they saw or heard speak about it. The central approach of this research was based on the ideas of David Ausubel, as well as of other authors, that were important to carry out other studies within the perspective of the significant learning of electrical energy.

  • This research studies the functionality of mobile RPGAD as a pedagogical tool aimed at promoting collaborative learning since the studies developed up to the present moment have evidenced the occurrence of learning but did not present explanations about how it occurs. For that, it focused on the approach of Role Playing Game (RPG), so that through our desktop version of RPGAD Digital was modeled and developed a mobile version of it. The solution to the problem was found in the participant collective and underwent three iterative cycles of application for refinement. The socioconstrutivism of Lev Vigotsky sustains the epistemological basis necessary to create learning environments in which users in an engaged way through mediation and interaction are protagonists in the teaching-learning relationship. The social skills of users while being social is magnified in the users through the simulations of digital RPG. The methodological approach Design-Based Research (DBR) will be developed in the direction of open space for applied research and focused on the development of practical research solutions. In this way, the results obtained in the research based on the simulation of situations that require initiative and engagement, showed the development of critical and reflexive thinking about the content of the game. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of this pedagogical tool, showing that the same when using mobility as the main pillar, obtained a greater interaction, collaboration, metacognition, mediation and contextuality in relation to its desktop version.

  • Vale do Pati is a local with specific characteristics that make it a unique tourist destination. This research, entitled “An Exploratory Journey Through Vale do Pati: A Study of Hosting in the Lodging”, aims to describe in detail this tourist destination located at the Chapada Diamantina National Park, in the Midwest of the State, from Bahia, Brazil, to build two proposals. The first one is a concept proposition of tourist reception under the eyes of the Vale do Pati local residents who receive tourists in their homes. The tourist reception is a little researched theme, whose main references are the brazilian author Biagio Avena and the french Gouirand. In the second axis, it is presented a proposal of digital application or website that can offer tourists systematized information about the research locus, as well as the available means of accommodation. As a methodological strategy, descriptive and exploratory research was used, and the methodological procedures involved survey, observation, coexistence, annotations, access monitoring and interviews. The results of the research point to the importance of special attention to the park management and its impacts on Vale do Pati, as well as the need to take care of local knowledge and its diffusion.

  • The professionalization of the treatment and organization of organic health information enhances the dissemination of knowledge in the organizations that produce health-care services (OPSAS) and facilitates deliberations for the implementation of the Unified Health System (SUS). This thesis aims to analyze the relationships between the archival management of documents and the diffusion of knowledge through organic health information in hospitals of the State of Bahia that are connected by a network of learning and innovation. The archival management of documents favors the functioning of health systems and provides improvements to the quality of life of the population. The epistemological foundation of this study is the thought of the philosopher Michel Foucault, in his archaeological phase, to support the inferences related to the analysis and discussions of the results of this research. The identification of the use of theories, procedures and archival techniques with the purpose of facilitating the diffusion of knowledge in health is one of the main motivations for the development of this research with the OPSAS. The discursive formations of the archival management and the diffusion of the knowledge in health are conformed from two dimensions: the hospitals as institutions of knowledge and power; health systems and health information systems as mechanisms of social control. This is a multidisciplinary study, once it articulates a framework that relates discourses, archives, health and networks through a bibliographical and documentary review. This articulation made it possible to infer assertions about the needs and opportunities for improvements related to SUS's management. This research is characterized as quantitative and qualitative. Field research is effective through the application of questionnaires and interviews with managers linked to the OPSAS of the sample. Descriptive statistics, semantic network analysis and discourse analysis were used for the treatment of the informations collected in the field. The results revealed by the relation between archival management of documents and the diffusion of knowledge in the hospitals investigated point to an absence of professionalization and to a need for improvements in the processes that involve the treatment and organization of the documents produced, received and accumulated. Therefore, it is recommended that healthcare managers and professionals adopt a plan of the activities of production, classification, evaluation, description, preservation, acquisition and dissemination of organic information for the dissemination of health knowledge, in order to improve the processes of management of the SUS.

  • Education has an increasingly important role as mediator of social transformations in relation to the diversity of problems faced by society, however, the phenomenon of school dropout is increasingly a problem to be considered as a critical success factor in these transformations. This work presents as thesis, the use of the methodology of complex networks from data and indicators of management indices, allows the diagnosis of the phenomenon of evasion. The research problem studied is: what is the relationship between school dropout and the complex nature of the agents involved? The work started from two hypotheses: there must be a relationship between the structure of the course curriculum in the school dropout process, and the relationship between the complex character of the agents is a determining factor for the course avoidance process. The general objective of this work is to evaluate the interdependence between the agents involved in the education space of the licenciatura course in computing. As a methodology, cognitive analysis was adopted through documentary research and phenomenological analysis, as a way to evaluate the interdependence among the agents involved in the education space of the Licenciatura course in Computing of the IFBA campus Santo Amaro between the years 2010 and 2018, in order to provide a documentary diagnosis on the evasion data and its causes. As a founding author, BURNHAM (2012) was used for concepts of cognitive analysis, FREIRE (1987,1996) and GATTI (2010) for concepts of education, MORIN (1999) for concepts of complexity, and BARABASI (2003) AND STROGATZ (2001) for complex network concepts.
