Post-Covid-19 Condition, Mental Health, Health Personnel, Primary Health Care.
The dissertation project is aligned with Research Line 1 - Clinical Practices and Mental Health of the Professional Master's Degree in Health Psychology at the Federal University of Bahia. It aims to identify scientific evidence and propose strategies for identifying and monitoring the mental health of workers with the post-covid-19 condition who work in Primary Health Care (PHC). This is a study with a qualitative methodological approach, with a descriptive and exploratory design. The research will be carried out in two stages: 1) development of a synthesis of scientific evidence according to the current literature on the post-covid-19 condition. The inclusion criteria for the articles will be full electronic publication from January 2020 to January 2023 and indexed in the Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed, Scielo and VHL databases. Articles that do not address the central theme; do not address recommended strategies for identifying and monitoring strategies; non-original studies such as letters to the editor, prefaces, brief communications, corrections/errata, comments, editorials, press releases, gray literature and articles with unavailable full text will be excluded. 2) proposition of the instrument developed for identifying and monitoring the mental health of workers with the post-covid-19 condition in Primary Health Care. Through this research, we hope to develop three scientific articles and an instrument for mental health screening and care for primary care professionals who have repercussions resulting from the post-covid-19 condition, in order to outline the necessary referrals in the health network.
