SUMMARY:

This dissertation text is the result of the work developed by the dissente, the
which resulted in the following products: a draft clinical research protocol
phase 3, an article on technological prospection published in the Revista Cadernos de
Prospecting (Qualis B3); article on prospecting technologies for the cancer vaccine
(Qualis A1); production of marketing campaigns on Intellectual Property and
rights of women with cancer; and two book chapters on the transfer of
technology and technological maturity in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and health. Below
you will find more details about each of them and how this work was arranged.
Chapter 1 gives a brief introduction to the following chapters and appendices,
focusing on climacteric, anti-inflammatory drugs, resveratrol and pycnogenol and their
associations, cancer vaccine using CpG-ODN and OX40, technological maturity
medication and its use in technology transfer, and marketing campaigns.
Chapter 2 shows the Justification items required by PROFNIT
for each product generated (adherence, impact, applicability, innovation, complexity).
In Chapter 3 is the General Objective, the Specific Objectives and the description of the
methodology, ending with the list of generated products that will be part of the
Following appendices: technological prospection of drug combinations for
climacteric/menopause; clinical phase 3 experimental protocol draft; prospection
technology of drug associations for cancer vaccine; use of maturity
drug technology in negotiation and technology transfer; campaigns
Of marketing. The same chapter lists the bibliographic references cited in the
same chapter.
Appendix 1 presents the technological prospection of resveratrol and its
drug associations, focusing on several synergistic aspects such as antioxidants,
anticancer drugs, lipid control, and their use in relieving symptoms associated with
menopause and climacteric, together with a regimen of NSAIDs for a
immediate action in the suppression of symptoms associated with such period.
Appendix 2 provides a draft phase 3 clinical research protocol,
whose title is “Prospective, Comparative, Randomized, Double-Blind and
Parallel to Evaluate the Effect of Continuous Use of Pycnogenol 150mg/Resveratrol 100mg Combination Compared to Pycnogenol 200mg/Resveratrol 150mg on Relief
of Symptoms Related to the Climacteric Period”, and propose a combination
between resveratrol and pycnogenol in order to alleviate the effects felt
by women in the climacteric phase.
Appendix 3 contains the article “Advances In Patent Applications Related To Cancer
Vaccine Using Cpg-Odn And Ox40 Association”, already published in QUALIS A1 journal, focused on
in technological prospection of drug associations for cancer vaccine.
Appendix 4 contains the chapter belonging to the PROFNIT Book Collection
published in co-authorship entitled “Technology Transfer: Negotiation and Mediation in
Practice” from the book “Concepts and Applications of Technology Transfer (TT), Volume 1.”
Appendix 5 contains the chapter belonging to the PROFNIT Book Collection
co-authored entitled “Intellectual Property and Technological Maturity in
Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals and Health and its TRL Classification" from the book "Public Health Policies"
Science, Technology and Innovation and the Brazilian State (POL”) Volume 1.”
In Appendix 6 you can see an IP marketing campaign, developed during
the pedagogical workshop as a result of a competitive intelligence study developed
for Quintella e Sicupira Advocacia.
In Appendix 7 you can see a campaign related to women's cancer
developed during the pedagogical workshop developed for Quintella and
Sicupira Advocacy
