SUMMARY:

This academic memorial presents a digital literacy proposal centered on the production of the discursive genre Comics in the digital context, with the aim of contributing to the teaching and learning of the Portuguese language discipline, specifically multimodal texts, in a 7th grade class. , from a look at the territory that includes the Colégio Professora Lídia Coelho Pinto, located in the district of Arembepe, in the municipality of Camaçari-Ba. The text also brings the master's student's impressions and theoretically based reflections on didactic-pedagogical practices. Considering the challenges that arose in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic, a period in which the world was studying remotely, the research reconciles the study and creation of an educational product - a digital pedagogical notebook - with the study of comics and the textual production in a digital context. More specifically, the objective is to guide basic education teachers to develop digital literacy with 7th grade students, considered as “digital natives”, and, at the same time, identify and observe their main difficulties in relation to discursive analysis, here understood as social practices (MENDES, 2008). To this end, the foundation based on theoretical references on literacies, multiliteracies, multimodalities and educational technologies was made with the contribution of scholars such as Magda Soares (2021), Angela Kleiman (2008, 2010), Roxane Rojo (2013), Brian Street (2014), among others. The thesis established in the work is that the pedagogical use of digital interfaces significantly favors the teaching and learning process of the mother tongue, thus functioning as a motivational element to bring the classroom closer to the new profile of students. It is believed that this didactic resource helps teachers improve their classroom activities, seeking to promote changes in studentteacher and student-student relationships. Thus, believing that the subjects involved in this process of digital inclusion experience new challenges and new literacy possibilities, increasingly attractive and dynamic, it is hoped, with this proposal, to expand the skills of students regarding the production of multimodal texts, contributing to overcome the students' need to write in a more autonomous and meaningful way, as well as their options for accessing information, social interaction, production and sharing of knowledge through literacy that improves teaching and learning of the Portuguese language in the writing dimension .
