SUMMARY:
This work is a Memorial of Academic Formation in which I present the existing problem, in my workplace, 
Colégio Estadual Monteiro Lobato, regarding conflicts generated by coexistence with different ways of being, 
knowing and living. It is a critical analysis and self-reflective about my professional performance and academic 
formation as well as a proposal of reader formation, through the literary text, which has the intercultural 
perspective as a potentiating strategy of discussions about cultural, ethnic, social, gender, among others 
present in the school context. The reader training process will be guided by the study of the literary text
 from the methodological perspective of the basic sequence, as established by Rildo Cosson (2021). 
It will be a qualitative research, ethnographic nature and conception of applied character. 
Research participants will be students and students in the 9th grade of elementary school at the 
Monteiro Lobato State School, located in neighborhood of Fazenda Coutos, in Salvador, Bahia.
