RESUMO:
For qualification, I present the first two chapters of my dissertation. In the first, I seek to organically construct my experience in PIBID through a narrative, in which I highlight the main contributions that the program had in my initial academic education as a Spanish language teacher, in addition to presenting its origin, laws and the decrees that support it, its objectives etc. My intention with the first chapter is to make visible the relevance of PIBID for me and, by extension, for undergraduate and graduate students in general. In the second, relying on several scholars of education, anthropology, teaching and learning of languages, etc., I write in favor of the implementation of the complexity paradigm as a conductor of the educational area in what concerns my field, the initial education of language teachers. Therefore, I write a text whose objective is to show the insufficiency of the traditional paradigm with its fragmentations, its false dichotomies and all its exclusions. In advocating for the paradigm of complexity, I bring to light interculturality, one among other possible ways of breaking through, by means of the valorization of complex, critical-reflexive and identity actions, the current operating system for the education of language teachers in the country.
