The data were collected through the dialectical hermeneutic circle technique and the analysis was performed according to the dialectical hermeneutic analysis technique. The group of participants recognized the importance of communication between the family and the school, admitting that they are two institutions that assume and share the mission of educating the students. It further acknowledged that the communication mediated by Tellme Agenda is better than traditional forms of communication, because it is faster, easier and does not require the displacement. Finally, the use of Tellme Agenda as a mediator of communication between the family and the school was analyzed as adequate and necessary to be expanded in other educational institutions, as a possible way to strengthen the relationship between the two main training institutions of the subjects.
