RESUMO:

Learning organizations have as their essence continuous organizational learning. By integrating the people who compose it, favoring the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the face of environmental stimuli, organizations can be more agile and versatile, they can add a greater range of ideas to innovate, and may even have a larger and more cohesive group of workers. It was questioned in what extent the FUBA is a Learning Organization, according to the disciplines of Peter Senge, from the perception of its servants. The work aimed to diagnose the learning climate of FUBA. This objective was dismembered in mapping the general perceptions of the servers of the learning climate in the FUBA; comparing perceptions of learning organization among FUBA technicians and teachers, obtained by DLOQ-A; comparing the perceptions of learning organization between servers from units of education and administrative units of FUBA, obtained by DLOQ-A; and diagnosing the perception of FUBA managers as a learning organization according to the disciplines of Peter Senge. A survey was conducted by questionnaire application among 378 servers, in addition to documentary analysis. The study concluded that none of Peter Senge's disciplines are fully exercised
