SUMMARY:

The present work consists of the study of the human right to culture as a strategy to promote dignity in the face of the challenges of implementing the fundamental cultural rights guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988, analyzes and qualitatively reports the main national and international legal instruments and how they become political public cultural heritage. It uses documental and bibliographic analysis as research methods, as well as autoethnography to describe the author's sociocultural management experience in the implementation of a project to safeguard the intangible cultural heritage recognized by the heritage bodies of Bahia and Brazil with resources from the Aldir Blanc Law, the approach carried out in this research was qualitative, with a descriptive and exploratory character.
