This master's thesis aims to build a mapping of femicide and list strategies for coping with this violence in the city of Salvador. For the construction of this dissertation, we started with a bibliographic research to typify violence against women, in general, and femicide, more specifically, considering the scope of this work. At this stage, despite not considering this research as belonging to the field of feminist studies, there is an alignment with the feminist literature produced in the third wave, influencing the methodological choice in the production of the theoretical framework involving avowedly feminist authors, such as Saffioti (2015), Gomes (2018), Bento (2017) and Bandeira (2014). A documentary research was also carried out, including several reports from the Public Security Secretariat of the state of Bahia. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The scenario of violence against women evidenced by the doctrine and by the competent administrative records demand a preventive educational action, which re-signifies concepts still in force in Brazilian patriarchal society, in order to base new behaviors in future men members of society. In this sense, TGS proposes an educational initiative, through art (music), associated with concepts of social and interorganizational management.
