PAGES: 150
BIG AREA: Outra
AREA: Multidisciplinar
SUMMARY:

The Study presents a critical conceptual analysis of business platform  understandings on the role of black Brazilian intellectuality in their training processes. Moreover, this thesis addresses the way in which the Brazilian State and business organizations have formulated, created and implemented legal instruments for
training in entrepreneurial promotion platforms in Brazil. In order to carry out the analysis of the strategies employed by the group involved, this investigation developed a qualitative approach, denominated exploratory research. The methodology aimed at elaborating or understanding a research tool suited to a specific reality, in order to limit a set of relationships that the entrepreneurial process has been producing and distributing through the existing knowledge about online training platforms. (SEBRAE SEI and ENDEAVOR). The following data collection techniques were used: bibliographic review and document analysis, in addition to a non-participatory observation with national business platforms and events produced for the black entrepreneurial ecosystem in traditional online and offline spaces. Unfortunately, fieldwork was not developed due to the pandemic (COVID-19). Over the centuries, the black population has produced significant changes on its own by mobilizing the knowledge of its actors and entrepreneurial references of black women and men. The study demonstrated that black administrative and economic thinking is not present either in the articles, interviews and legitimizing events of the considered authorities whether in the ecosystem or data production platforms and studies that remain incomplete, superficial and do not bring positive and successful black production. The study concluded that that few platforms and actions communicate the value of black entrepreneurship and its importance to this ecosystem.
