Accountability in Social Organizations in the Health Sector

The objective of this dissertation was to develop technical training, translated into a Social Management Technology - TGS, aiming to propose structure, organizational processes and indicators that ensure the execution of accountability in Social Health Organizations. To this end, a bibliographic review was carried out regarding the keywords, as well as qualitative research, through the techniques of collecting semi-structured interviews, participant observation and document review in a Social Organization (OS), based in the city of Salvador, but with performance in eight municipalities from three states of the federation, taken as a research field. It is understood that there was an absorption of the necessary knowledge for the production of the planned TGS, as well as the delivery of important recommendations to the researched OS, regarding aspects necessary for the improvement of its level of execution of accountability and also for the regulators and contractors of the OS regarding refers to structuring issues in relation to the segment.
