RESUMO:

Civil construction is a strategic sector for the economic and social development of Brazil and, in recent years, the main bottleneck in the sector has been the low professional qualification of the workers. As the worker is an indispensable element in the production process, it is necessary to invest in TD&E actions that stimulate the development of professional skills and are appropriate to the particularities of this target audience. To this end, the study chose Gamification as a TD&E tool to facilitate the learning of workers, as well as to motivate and value this audience, in addition to improving working conditions at the construction site. The general objective of the study is to propose a guide to guide the elaboration of gamified trainings that stimulate the development of professional competences of the construction workers. The specific objectives were: To get to know the construction workers about age, education, function they occupy in the company, interests and professional and personal goals, among others, based on the Empathy Map; Identify the professional skills of workers who are most desirable in the context of civil construction, based on the perception of the most relevant social actors; Identify the most appropriate elements of Gamification for TD&E of operators, according to the player's profile; Identify the teaching-learning strategies most appropriate to the specifics of the workers, based on the apprentice's profile; Integrate the elements of Gamification and teaching-learning strategies in order to assist in the development of the professional skills of construction workers. The work is a qualitative research and used as a strategy the case study, being chosen a medium construction company with headquarters in Salvador-BA to compose the field research. The methodology was divided into three phases: Diagnosis of the target audience; Survey of skills, elements of Gamification and TD&E strategies; Synthesis and proposal of TGS. The study's contributions were a theoretical-empirical research, which provided a significant approximation of the TD&E theme with the reality experienced at the construction site; and the proposition of a guide to guide the elaboration of gamified trainings that stimulate the development of professional skills of the civil construction workers, this tool being the Social Management Technology (TGS).
