This thesis aims to study the relationship between Meditation, Knowledge and Sustainability through Cognitive Analysis. Its problem arises in the discussions and challenges concerning the knowledge society, considering principles of the Earth Charter and the Sustainable Development Goals, in the light of the Royal Way - Raja Yoga according to Swami Vivekananda. The general objective is to understand the relationship between meditation, knowledge and sustainability in interaction where these three aspects are evidenced in the practices instituted and disseminated by organizations through their activities as spaces for interlocution with the field of Cognitive Analysis experienced as a bridge between worldviews highlighting the peculiar multi-referentiality and complexity. The investigation was configured as a basic research with a qualitative approach, using dialectics and participant and non-participant observations as a method, making it possible to coexist in weekly, monthly and annual activities with the institutions, emphasizing the exploratory nature of the research in dialogue with authors that support our research. theoretical framework as Paulo Freire's Critical Consciousness, Maturana with the Biology of Knowing, Knowledge of Knowledge by Morin, Kapra and the Network as a new system, Polany Knowledge as development of man and the assumptions of the Raja Yoga Philosophy of Vivekananda. As a result, we find that the phenomena of meditation, knowledge and sustainability do not always present themselves in a related way in practice, or in teaching in some institutions. However, we realize that in institutions whose practices are based on Vedic culture, there tends to be a greater emphasis on the inseparability between the three phenomena, conceiving the meditation process as knowledge itself, and sustainability as its result. Raja Yoga Meditation consists of remembering yourself as an infinitesimal being, of your entire journey and of God. Original knowledge based on the virtues and powers that every being has.
