ECOLOGY OF ITSELF, THE POETRY OF THE SEASONS OF LIFE:
LIFE STORIES AND HEALTH-DISEASE-CARE RELATIONSHIPS OF A THERAPIST OF INTEGRATIVE AND COMPLEMENTARY PRACTICES IN HEALTH
Ecology, care, integrative and complementary practices in health, therapist.
The proposal of the Ecology of Self arises from the ecological perspective, from the relation between the human being and nature, from being as an expression of nature, bringing the seasons of the year, the elements of nature and human health as a resonance of the cycles of nature in the to be. Emerges in the understanding of Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health - PICS, in the epistemology of care, in its complex interrelationship with the Self. The Ecology of self, from human experience, reveals itself as an emerging path of self-consciousness living in presence, in a journey of self-knowledge and self-transformation of the human condition. Each person has his way and in the ecology of himself the proposal that brings elements that dialogue in the path of the systemic consciousness, integrated with the whole. Thus, this thesis has as a problem how the paths of change of the therapist being, from the experiences lived in the relation health-disease-care in its therapeutic itinerary, have led to an ecology of itself and effectiveness of practices - biomedical, complementary and integrative - resulting in ways of life and healthier performance? For this question we have as objective a phenomenology of the ecology of self in a path of perceptive learning in the health-illness-care relation in the trajectory of the life histories of therapists of integrative and complementary practices in health. The nature of this thesis is qualitative, in a phenomenological approach, being an applied, somatic-perfomative, descriptive and interpretive research, within a hermeneutic dialogical perspective, through the analysis of narrative reports and self-writing of life histories of practices therapists integrative and complementary in health, aiming to understand the problem studied in its complexity.
