The analysis of digital images for analytical purposes has stood out in recent times. The growing demand for reliable, fast and in situ analysis, together with the advantages of digital image analysis such as practicality, low cost and portability, arouses the interest of the academic community. This work presents the development and analytical application of portable spectrophotometric and fluorimetric systems. For the determination of titanium dioxide (TiO2) in bovine feces samples, aiming at the study of animal nutrition parameters, different mathematical processes were used in the analysis of the RGB color space data; the blue channel being selected for the construction of the analytical signal, obtaining a detection limit of 0.500 mg L-1 and a quantification limit of 0.741 mg L-1, addition and recovery tests used to evaluate the method was in the range of 96 to 102%. One of the works carried out, describes the construction of a spectrophotometric system based on a device created by 3D printing and on the electronic components necessary for its operation. For system evaluation, the device was applied to optimize the hypochlorite determination using tetramethylbenzidine as a reagent, giving rise to a yellow complex; detection and quantification limits of 0.15 and 0.50 mg L-1, respectively. Finally, the 3D printing device was modified for a fluorimetric determination of quinine in commercial samples of tonic water; the working range analyzed was from 0 to 10 mg L-1 and the precision expressed in RSD was 2.5%.
