Fundamentos da pesquisa qualitativa aplicada à contextos profissionais. Técnicas de interação com material empírico (entrevista, observação, documentos) e estratégias qualitativas de análise. Aplicação dos métodos qualitativos no contexto de gestão e do projeto de gestão inovadora do estudante.
